I really enjoy everything about this restaurant! The amazing food, brunch is one of my favorites due to the amazing menu and drinks. The bartenders are fantastic mixologists, consistently good. If you haven’t tried the smoked oysters, they are an amazing little delicacy.

I had the soft shell crab sandwich and it was so good it might be illegal. The staff were super friendly and attentive from the host to the people behind the bar to the server and the person that served my food. They were super busy but found a way to accommodate me and the speed of service was remarkably efficient. Everything I’ve had on the brunch menu has been exceptional.

Went here for brunch today and i say overall it was a fine experience. The outdoor patio area is beautiful and was cool despite the heat outside. The food was also good- I had the Monte Cristo which was amazing (despite the unnecessary powdered sugar on the outside of the sandwich which was a bit messy and took away from the savory aspect of the dish). My boyfriend had the crab sandwich which he wasn’t a big fan of (but I think he realized soft shell crabs just aren’t for him). Everyone else’s dishes looked yummy too. Especially love the seasonal jam!
Rating this 3 stars for the pace of the dinner and the lack of attention from the servers. We had a 12:15 reservation and our entire party didn’t get waters until about 20 minutes in (they said they were out of glasses and waiting for some to be cleaned…). Several drinks were also spilled getting to the table (a latte and an orange juice). I think new glassware in general would be a good investment. Either the drinks were too full or the servers need to be a little more gentle. Servers could definitely do a better job at checking on tables because several things were forgotten and we had to flag people down multiple times (which isn’t a huge deal, but I noticed that several other tables were getting frustrated about not getting checked on or greeted in the same section we were in). Food also took an insanely long time to come out. We expected to be there for an hour but it ended up being more like two.
Overall, if you’re looking for a decent brunch on a day where you don’t have any other engagements, it’s not a bad option. But probably wouldn’t go back myself.

Absolutely the best burger in Raleigh, trust me, I've tried a lot, it is the most flavorful juiciest thickest Patty you've ever seen. It's the next day and I'm still thinking about it. We also had the chicken wings which were fantastic and my wife got the po-boy which was huge! Definitely twice the size that we were expecting. Highly recommend this place, a great dinner spot or brunch or even breakfast. We really enjoyed the dinner. And will now make this our go-to spot for date night. The servers were amazing, but the food and all the flavors that we experience were out of this world. Huge compliments to the chef. You guys are knocking it out of the park.

First time in a long time we’ve been to a place and loved absolutely everything from the food, the drinks, the service, the playlist and the atmosphere! Came here to celebrate our anniversary and sat the bar, the coolest people took care of us- s/o to Lydia and Cassie, they made sure all the bar guests had a great time.
For food we had the charbroiled oysters, peach salad, soft shell crab sandwich and the rainbow trout. For drinks we had the 6th planet from the sun, the Tarzan swing, Pimm’s cup, an espresso martini and a Hugo spritz.
Everything was yummy , unique and refreshing. We already can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!

Hummingbird: Downtown Raleigh's Chill Spot! 🐦✨
Okay, so this pic from Hummingbird in
downtown Raleigh?
It pretty much sums up why this place is awesome! 🤩 That grilled chicken banh mi looks legit, packed with fresh cilantro and those bright, crunchy carrots – you just know it's gonna be a flavor bomb! 💥 And those chips on the side? Crispy perfection, no doubt. 🍟 Throw in a refreshing drink, and you've got yourself a seriously good, laid-back meal. 🥂 I
f you're ever in Raleigh and looking for a cool vibe and delicious food, you gotta check out Hummingbird! 👍😋

Just wanted to leave a 5 star brunch review of this place! The ambience was so nice and casual. The service was beyond excellent- they were so attentive to my table and truly made us feel cared for! I’d love to come here again to try everything else.
Got their homemade lemonade and the open faced trout toast! And the fritters were SO soft and warm. 10/10

One of the worst brunches I’ve ever had. Our table was so inundated by flies, we couldn’t even eat our food. All the staff offered were apologies. There’s no offer to move a fan or anything else that may have helped. They have nothing outside to help you not get swarmed with bugs. I’ve also been surprised every time that they never consider having a decaf, coffee or espresso. As many restaurants as I’ve eaten in around the world, yes, even including an Africa, I could get a decaf, espresso or coffee. I also didn’t have to eat in Africa with as many bugs that swarmed us through the whole meal. I get the restaurant doesn’t create bugs, but they should have something in place so their diners can actually eat the food they ordered.
