Celebrating a friends' birthday with Brunch should be nothing but enjoyable, but unfortunately this place missed the mark BIG TIME. The food, drinks and space were all awesome and should be the perfect spot for an occasion like this. The meal and service started out great, but we were then notified that we had 10 minutes to leave our table because they had another group that needed it after us... A few of us had just ordered our second drink of the day (so nothing out of the ordinary for a brunch!!).. which I then cancelled since we apparently had to leave our table. After our waitress told us that we needed to leave we cancelled that drink order, got our cards out and waited on the waitress to bring our checks. Within 2-3 minutes of still waiting for our checks we then had another lady come up to us to tell us in a very, very rude manner that we needed to leave within 10 minutes. I have never been kicked out of a restaurant and will never be back here even if they have the best Chai I've ever had. Super disappointed and really had high hopes for this place. If there was a time limit for our reservation it could have been presented in a much better way, which would still be a big miss when brunch is supposed to be an experience and is hard to rush everything when you have 9 people.

I loved this place! The oysters and the bread pudding were amazing! The chicken bahn mi was very good and the blackened flounder sandwich was good but I wouldn’t get it again because the fish wasn’t fried hard enough to my liking and the sandwich was too soft. The homemade potato chips were really good! The drinks were really good as well. I will be back very soon

Been here brunch and dinner and both are fantastic. The staff is super friendly, the food is truly incredible. Whoever is making their sauces is absolutely crushing it. This is the kind of restaurant where you take your time and enjoy every little bit of it. Definitely would recommend getting a reservation! Brunch in particular has really good options. Cocktails are great too!

First timers for Sunday brunch! Incredible shrimp & oyster Poboy with hand-cut chips. Plentiful portion of both fried oysters and shrimp on buttered crisped baguette, pickled onions, lettuce and remoulade. Companion had huevos rancheros and raved as well. Crunchy tortilla topped with salsa, avocado, lettuce, refried black beans, queso fresco and 2 perfect Sunnyside up eggs. Friendly staff and funky New Orleans vibe. Sat at the bar (a bit chilly) but truly enjoyed the experience. We shall return!

I love this restaurant, I can’t think of another espresso martini that tops hummingbirds. The mussels were amazing along with the charbroiled oysters. You also have to get the bread pudding!

Got brunch here recently with a friend and it was delicious! We sat on the patio and the scenery was beautiful with great vibes all around. I got a Bloody Mary and we split the huevos rancheros, brunch burger, home fries (the remoulade sauce is to die for!), and ricotta fritters. Everything was amazing and the service was great!

The food was fantastic. Our food took a long time to be ready. Too many dogs on the patio.

First off, our server EZ or Easy was awesome! He answered several questions for us and made recommendations about the menu. The food was pretty good, especially the little beignet balls! It's a lot smaller on the inside than we liked and my seat was in a high traffic area. Next time I'll sit on the patio!

Went out with my husband for a date night. We loved the deep and complex flavors of the food. The environment was lovely and the drinks were delicious. We finished the night with the bread pudding and it was divine.

Overall I really enjoyed this restaurant! We sat on the patio during a cooler day but the heater and wind blockera kept us warm.
We ordered the shrimp po boy and the trout open face sandwich, both were pretty good! The trout sandwich lacked a bit of flavor but over a great choice for a light lunch.
Drinks came out quickly, service was super quick, and they didn't rush us out when we stayed for an extra hour just chatting which I appreciated. They even came to fill my water up while we chitchatted even though we already paid for our meals. Ill be back!!
