One of my favorite spots in town for both beers and crate digging.

Great selection of used and new vinyl. They have a cool lounge and bar area to hang out and enjoy a beverage. It's in one of the coolest new places in Raleigh.

Great spot. Essential variance for a spot like Ironworks. Totally didn’t see it coming.

Nothing but good things to say following my first visit to Hunky Dory. For starters, the vibe and atmosphere is unmatched. I could genuinely get lost in this place forever. I personally came to shop for some new vinyl records and found some really neat ones. They were a great price for what I was getting. The worker on duty, Alayna was so pleasant and seemed like she enjoyed her job. She also included some plastic covers for my records after overhearing that I would need some with my new additions. I will definitely be shopping here again and I recommend anyone else to do the same.

What a cool place I walked in and they’re playing Duane Allman album. A chill place to hang out and have a beer on tap if you’re lucky with the owner serving it up. . Maybe my new fav bar

This is a quaint and lovely spot to shop for records. I listen to one genre of music, and my friend another and we both left satisfied with our picks and overall selection. I noticed a turntable in the back for private listening maybe? I will check that out next time

I really enjoyed their selection and bargain bins! Beers on tap are fresh and cold. Thompson was super helpful and kind.

Great vibes for both record shopping, as well as sitting down with a drink.

Fantastic record store with vast variety of records, friendly staff, and great vibes! Best record store around!

Went on 2/22 and very slow service, tried to buy some albums and was ignored as the person working the counter was to busy just talking to people.

The worker was playing some great jams and organizing records when I came in. The records were organized really well, better than several other similar places. It was really easy to find a specific genre or artist of you are on the hunt for one. There is also a section of discounted records that you can dig through if you are on a budget. I didn’t get a drink but they served some craft beers with names that very much matched the music vibe of the whole place. Bathroom was super clean and easily accessible. Really cosy couch and chair sitting areas inside. The outside is painted with a ton of fun colors to draw your attention. Sorry! Didn’t get any pictures. You should definitely check them out!! :)

Very different vibe here, very relaxed. You can enjoy a beer while they spin some vinyl, very comfortable chairs to relax in. Will go back as I enjoyed it.
