Cute place - but not a lot of seats. The seats at the bar facing the window hurt my butt.

Little cakes were pretty but not very efficient to eat. Also, pretty much tasted like the store bought boxed cheesecake and jello.

Drove out of our way to purchase a special item at this establishment after checking their hours prior to making the drive.
We arrived at 4:00 PM when they were closing at 5:00 PM, annd arrived to see a sign on the door that said, “Closed for cleaning.”
We will not be back.

Met up with some girlfriends here. It was a cozy vibe with a boisterous crowd. Definitely a popular place. I got a cup of green tea and it was delicious.

2nd time visiting this coffee shop. Similar experience both times. Cute shop but the coffee is so bitter! I love trying local coffee shops but I won’t be back to this one unfortunately. I ordered a small iced americano with (homemade) gingerbread syrup and creamer. I also wanted to order a large hot coffee but they were out of drip coffee…once I tasted my americano I asked for more gingerbread syrup and even with that it remained bitter you could barely taste the syrup. I added more simple syrup and cinnamon and it did nothing to hide the bitterness. I’m not one for super sweet coffee but I was trying to hide the bitterness. Perhaps their matcha or chai is better

I’ve been coming here since they opened 3 years ago. It’s really gone downhill the last 6 months. Messed up orders, out of everything, etc.

Food was alright, didn’t taste that great. And one of the sandwiches had hair in it which they remade. Coffee wasn’t memorable. Honestly wouldn’t go again or recommend. Service was great though and it’s a cute place. Just sucks that the food doesn’t taste as good as it looks.

I often go here to get Banmi sandwich because we love the pate they have. We went today bought three of them and all of the pates had plastic wrappers on it and we were consistently chewing on those. Please make sure you remove these before you serve.

Went here to do some work with a friend. This is my second time here. The first time I got a matcha latte with flavoring, it didn’t seem to have any but I didn’t want to complain so I didn’t say anything. I got the same thing today and it still didn’t seem to have any flavoring. I would have asked for more, but they had already been weird to my friend who has to have her coffee remade and remind them she ordered food so I didn’t bother. There are much better spots in Raleigh to go to, so I don’t think I’ll be back. Also, really weird that they don’t take names and just yell out the food. Service just is not really great.

Coffee is good but expensive and the baristas are not kind. They called my order (or what I thought was my order) and nobody went to grab it so I did. The barista shouted at me “THATS NOT YOURS we haven’t even started yours yet”

Maybe asking for customer names so drinks don’t get mixed up or being kinder would make a difference :)

The manager and staff were extremely rude to me. Tried to get help and the manager laughed at me. Terrible product, terrible staff, wish it went back to prior management

Service was just ok. My barista was not very knowledgeable about making a matcha latte and the one I received was very weak. I ordered avocado toast, tasty, but I think my server forgot about because it came out 15 minutes after I went to the counter to ask about my order. I ordered the mushroom shaped cake and my friend ordered a toblerone cheesecake. Wet both found it desserts to be more style than substance. They were overly sweet, lacking in flavor, and more rubbery than a hard boiled egg.
This was very much a letdown after seeing lots of pictures of these desserts on social media.
