We were the only people in the entire store and our order was still wrong. This place was painful to sit inside of while waiting. The hostess was picking at her teeth with her finger when we came in, then walked around the entire store painfully slow looking for a pen so we could sign our receipt before leaving while our food was sitting on the counter. I ordered specialty pancakes… not sure where the miscommunication happened, but I got 4 plain pancakes thrown in a box..there were only two things on our order. Would never recommend or go back.

We went today on National Pancake Day and all the waitress did was complain about needing more help. We watch a group of three men who were seated after us get their food, refills, and to go boxes before we were brought our food. We got no refills and waited 20 minutes before deciding to leave. They still made us pay for our two drinks that we never even got a refill on, not once. Hate that store and will never return. Mind you the waitress was acting like she was on drugs.

I swear they go buy the ingredients from Food Lion as ordered they take so long to cook anything. Also, without fail, they mess up something on my order, every time. For example, I ordered $2 milkshakes that cost over $12 and they told us after we paid that they were sold out. Instead of refunding me the money, they offered me 2 large and 2 small flat mountain dews. Strange.

Showed up at 11 on a week night after waiting for 2 min to be seated a cook walking by saw me and brought me to a table, turns out the manager was by himself waiting on the whole restaurant. My guy was great, the food was really good, is it to salty, sure, am I going to back? Yes. It had been years since I’ve been to an ihop, I won’t be waiting so long next time.

The place was empty when I arrived. There was 1 waitress inside and I’m assuming 1 cook because the food took forever to come out. My order was wrong the waitress took it back and it came out wrong again. Very disappointed

I usually never leave negative reviews because I understand everyone has a bad day or an order can get messed up. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelet without onions and hash browns. The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there other than one other couple. It took about an hour to get the food. The waitress said it came out with onions so she sent it back, that is understandable, but she brought me pancakes as my side. I nicely asked her about my hash browns and she said oh okay and something about the cook’s son being sick. Then she brought me the omelet and I started eating it and I asked her about my hashbrowns. She came by a few times. Another family came in a few minutes after us and she came by and gave them their food. Then she hollered about my handbrowns when I looked at her. They came out hard as a rock and very overcooked. I couldn’t eat them. I asked for a box and had to wait on it. I saw multiple employees wandering around. I also had to ask where to pay and I had to go to the order station and pay.
