IHOP offers a great location with an amazing staff. The waitlist is not too long, and the service has improved significantly recently. Some customers have noted that the food quality has gotten better, with many enjoying their meals. Although a few items like the cheesecake waffles and country fried steak were previously disappointing, the overall experience is now more positive. The staff, including standout members like Vickie and Blaine, have received praise for their excellent customer service, even during busy times. The maple Pepsi is still available only as a float, despite being listed on the menu.
