They were seating all parties near the kitchen, which was slightly annoying but we were ok with it. It took the waitress about five minutes or more to come ask us for drink orders so by that point we knew what we wanted so put our orders in. It took a long time for the food to come out, which we were a party of four so I get it. One of my friends ordered soup and some shrimp. The shrimp came out and the waitress said the soup was coming. She came back with another part of the order and left. We were all almost done eating by the time the waitress came to say they were out of the soup. My friend ordered something else. The rest of us had been finished eating for about five or ten minutes and the other order hadn't come. She eventually just cancelled the order and we all paid and left. It wasn't even that busy when we walked in around 3pm (a larger party showed up near the end of our visit but otherwise I think it was us and maybe one other table). Overall I mean, my food was fine. It was relatively clean, clean restrooms. But they definitely had to have been short staffed or something.
Clean, Friendly, Fresh.... staff seemed overwhelmed but Vickie was our star and an absolute gem through their Rush .... Kudos for having a GREAT attitude the a busy shift my family appreciated your service!
