Once again, quoted for a 1:22pm pickup, arrived at 1:35pm and they hadn’t started making the food. I WANT A REFUND. Posting under another Google account until Management sees this. The last time, I arrived 30 mins after pickup time and they hadn’t started making it. **at least make a system that will send a second email after the confirmation to give a real-time estimated pickup time**

It was very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly. The server was wonderful. My companion is very picky and can make things complicated. She took the order, confirmed everything twice to get it right and showed no judgment. Everything came exactly as asked. Kudos to the cook too. Food, staff, atmosphere was great. Parking was a bit tight for a larger vehicle. Luckily there's a shopping center to park and walk to restaurant.
My waitress was very kind. Empty out my change cup for her as an extra tip!

It's the slowest place on earth next to Bojangles. And it's happened more than once! It took over 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Food is good, service is good, Robert was working his butt off and our server Phaness was great. But something is off somewhere.
