I can't give an accurate account of this place, because it was there. Was a Japanese restaurant

I ordered delivery multiple items to Try it out because I’m new to the area. Yeah, It was not very good. Margarita, pizza not true to any extent. Lasagna was horrible. Who does this?lasagna with cheddar cheese? No meat no ricotta That’s not lasagna.

What in the world has happened to this pizza place? It has gone way down hill and I'm deeply disappointed. There were bums standing outside begging for money which instantly put me off. Then, once I did make it inside and order, I waited 45 minutes at lunch time for 2 slices of pizza. There were plenty of staff on site, so I have no idea what took so long. I can say it was hot once I did get it, but I didn't even have the opportunity to eat it because it was too hot. The sauce was the temperature of molten lava and one tiny bite burned my mouth enough to leave a blister in it. Won't be going back and won't be recommending to family or friends.

One od the most consistent and convenient quick Italian food spots in Raleigh. They have been around a while, and the service and food quality have always been top notch.

First time ever placing an order. Missing multiple items. Called restaurant they were extremely rude and said too bad.Not how you get returning customers.Zero stars.

Definitely a local favorite as the amount of folks that came in to pick up orders. This is a fine and typical strip mall pizza place. The name on Google maps is misleading as the call it Italian Kitchen which is not its name. We ordered multiple items to eat from pepperoni pizza, meatball subs, lasagna, and perogies. The appetizer was garlic knots. There was nothing exceptional about any of the items but they were all good. If in the area swing in but I would not make a special trip out of my way to eat here.

Looks like an old Subway (which is next door). Slices were so-so. Margherita made with sauce, not real tomato slices. Bathrooms--UGH! Men's was out of order. Women's had no tp in either stall and no paper towels. Light is barely working, like trying to pee in a closet. Save your money and go elsewhere. Won't be returning.
