The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.
Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all
We did not get the boneless wings we ordered, but the bone in wings we got were really good. I just wished we got what we ordered.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(
Ordered through DoorDash. Fries were missing from order and chicken was undercooked, slimy, and had a weird smell. Had to throw order away.

Just placed a togo order through doordash and spent over $30 on wings without sauce. Who tf wants wings without sauce?? Maybe stop hiring your local neighborhood crackheads and hire some people that can actually read and do their job correctly

Honestly, I don’t know if I’m more disappointed in the quality of the wings or being tricked into buying wings from chili’s.
Wings were on the cooler side. The box it came with had melted plastic. Flavor was mediocre. Wings were small.
We also pulled into the parking lot to see that it was a Chili’s — walked into chili’s and was told to pull around to the side. The same women brought out our food…
Overall, will not be coming back to acquire wings from here due to the poor quality and being bamboozled into buying wings from chili’s.
Good Wings, good

The place wasnt just wings. It was Chilis. ?I gave Chili's a 3 star because there was a lot of seating available. But we still had to wait 10 minutes for a table. So we walked to GNC for something we left at home. Walked back to Chili's, where and said we would get seated when a table got cleaned. We got the spinach and cheese dip as an appetizer. It was yummy, as were the thin chips I love. We got so full on the chips that we had trouble truly enjoying our supper. It took so long to get our orders. We joked, saying they had to make a run out and buy the meat proteins for our meals. Everything else was good. Atmosphere, bathrooms clean. The server was great. If we have to be back in that area, we would give it another visit but forgo appetizer ?

I loved this place so much. I’ve eaten there so many times but yesterday I had wings delivered from there and the chicken wings are so undercooked, it’s ridiculous. My chicken wings are basically raw. Come on guys you have to do better.
