THE stand-out Asian restaurant in Raleigh. Not only is the food levels higher in quality than any other Chinese restaurants nearby, their menu is so affordably priced they're almost forcing you to eat there! Noteworthy classic takeout experience, prices to die for, and always fast, always hot food. 10/10 ✨

We ordered delivery last night and the experience was terrible. We did not get the spring rolls that was supposed to come with our order. The honey chicken was tough and rubbery and the teriyaki chicken sticks tasted rancid.

Ambiance: despite me not ever having been to New York, jade garden gives off a very rustic uptown feel and brought it here to the Carolina's. With its brown (maybe gray?) worn out carpets,or the door that doesn't close after you open it, maybe even the tattered lounge chairs, it truly feels like the New York experience. The giant mirror to the right side of the interior allowing for the illusion of more space truly adding a little touch of cozy to the environment. An amazing space to consume your food in. Service: While not much service to begin with you will probably be greeted by an older gentleman who will warm your heart with his ability to quickly suggest fried or white rice. His ability to swiftly suggest what kind of drink you want really makes you feel like your part of the family. They delivered our food it right to our table paper bag and all! The service here is average when present. Food: despite the many other reviews from consumers of the jade gardens plethora of dishes, we would like to say that maybe it depends on what your ordering. We got Honey chicken, sweet sour chicken, and cheese sticks. All of the food was edible, seasoned and most definitely consumed. If you're looking for fine dining look somewhere else cause that's not what jade garden is about. It's 2:30 in the morning and we just wanted some Chinese(and cheese sticks), and that's what we got. And we loved it. Sure the rice might be a little dry, or the smaller pieces of chicken a little chewy or maybe even the fact that it's 4 dollars for a minute made Lemonade. Despite these attributes Jade garden tamed our beasts and need for below average Chinese food. Expect to be disappointed and dissatisfied and you will never be disappointed or dissatisfied. Summary: Jade garden isn't a good restaurant. It's an amazing restaurant. Come in with low expectations and surprise yourself. Read the one star reviews and make sure not to get the things they got. Cause it's very hit or miss. They're open late, and your hungry for Chinese. So go get some damn Chinese.

I ordered from here for the first time, I specifically said “no eggs” because I’m allergic and they sent EGGS, in allThe rice. When I called, he said sorry we don’t have drivers. I will NEVER order from here again!
