Jaguar Bolera - Raleigh Reviews
Dirty bathrooms, elevator not working, ran out of food, internet went down so………
Good idea ….bad execution. Food was mediocre. Guacamole was the only good thing we had.
This is a neat concept but beware a 18% gratuity charge on EVERYTHING and EVERYTHING is self service. You walk up to cashier to pay for bowling..18% extra charge. You walk up to counter to order your food...18% gratuity charge. You walk up to self service drink stations...18% gratuity charge on every pour. You get the picture. The food was fine and the duck pin bowling was fun, but I can't get past this extra charge on everything... This experience was expensive...

Jaguar Bolera is a unique spot in Raleigh that combines bowling with delicious food and a wide selection of drinks. This fun place is perfect for group outings or date nights, offering duck pin bowling, darts, board games, and more. Many enjoy the incredible atmosphere, which feels like a modernized version of the 70s and is perfect for families. While the food can be hit or miss, some dishes like the guacamole and pimento cheese are tasty, but others, such as the brisket sandwich and mac and cheese, have received criticism for quality and pricing. The design of the place is stunning, and Chef Manny Barella's menu has received high praise, especially the Lamb Birria Taquitos and Smoked Burger with Pimento Cheese. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a great overall experience. However, some guests have noted that the drink situation could be improved, as the bracelets for ordering can be difficult to use, and the beer often pours with too much foam. There is also a large service fee on food, which some find a bit annoying. With different spaces for karaoke and darts, Jaguar Bolera offers something for everyone, making it a fun experience worth revisiting.
