Just went in to place our order and while explaining how we wanted our sandwich prepared the employee spun around walked away came back and informed my husband that we didn't need to tell him how to make a sandwich that he had been making sandwiches for 27 years and didn't need instructions. our order was a club royale mayo instead of honey mustard and to please spread the meat out over the bread instead of all rolled up. After his comment I said that statement was uncalled for and we would go somewhere else. He said that would be a good idea. We walked out. We have been going to Jason's ever since they opened in this location and have never been treated so disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Great sandwiches loaded with meat. Quick service. Clean place. Chicken chili is awesome! I now order salad bar 100% of the time. It is marvelous & healthy. Highly recommended eatery. Free ice cream too. Manager is super nice guy.😊👍

Prepping service was fast and accurate but when I got home and started eating my corn beef sandwich, it was not good. The texture of the meat was soft and it didn’t taste like any corn beef that I’ve had from Jason’s before. My husband had a Reuben also and agreed that the meat was not good. I live too far to return it. No more Jason’s for me

So disappointed! We have been going to Jason's Deli on Spring Forest for years and I was looking forward to having lunch there today. When we walked almost every table there was filled with dirty dishes and food left from customers. It looked like they hadn't bused any tables all day. It looked very unsanitary and I almost left ... turns out I should have. A couple hours after eating there 3 of the 9 of us had severe upset stomachs. I am convinced it was something in the food due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I can guarantee you I will not be back anytime soon!

We have been going to this Jason’s Deli for years. We went back today after not going for a while and the experience was incredibly disappointing. It was hard to find a table that had been cleared. Everywhere you looked tables were littered with dirty plates and napkins. It made the restaurant feel gross and unsanitary. We thought it may be an under-staffing issue but while we were there we noticed several staff members sitting around instead of working. The food was fine but hours later many of had upset stomachs, leading us to believe that it was something that we ate. This is probably because the place was so unclean! Overall eating at Jason’s Deli today was an incredibly disappointing and costly experience.

My kids love Jason's Deli for the free ice cream. I love Jason's Deli for the salad bar and gumbo. I don't recommend getting those things together, but they're very good on their own. The gumbo is the best tasting in that price range in Raleigh. Their Black Currant tea is also good. A good way to switch up from sweet tea. I also recommend their muffalettas and beefeator with au jus. Those are typically my go-to sandwiches. My only complaint about this place is the lighting. It's kind of dark in there and could really benefit from brighter lights throughout.
