They really need to do a better job cleaning the dining room! Trash all over the floor and dirty tables. This at 5 pm on a Sunday with only one other table occupied. I like the food and the service is fine but seriously.

Jason’s Deli salad bar is one of my favorite hidden gems. Lots of fresh salad options. I usually get the Club Royale sandwich too. Yummy and very clean!

The food is usually pretty good here. Today was fine. The problem is how long they take to get food out of the kitchen. The time on my receipt was 6:02 and my food came at 6:37. This is not exactly quick service. This is not the first time either. In fact this is the second time in as many months it has taken this long to get our food.

Place is filthy. My dad and i have tried Jason's Deli on a few occasions. There were maybe two tables that were cleared but not wiped off. The remainder of them were not bussed. The staff behind the counter wouldn't stop chatting amongst themselves long enough to take our order. The location in north Raleigh needs to be completely re-staffed with employees that care about return customers. The salad bar was out of certain items, and the ice cream machine was out of order. We had a bad experience from beginning to end.

I love this place, but this is second time I have been in the last couple of weeks and the ice cream machine was still broken, they were out of almost everything I wanted to order and the salad bar was a complete mess. they are always out of the muffins and I always have to ask if there are anymore and most of the time there are none. also, the manager is always walking around and on the phone (personal call). If the owner does not pay attention to these reviews and straighten these matters up I foresee this restaurant closing very SOON.
