I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!

Sooo…I’m always on the hunt for the perfect chocolate ice cream…and this evening, as I visited Nan’s in Stow MA to grab some dinner, I discovered a cooler full of your ice cream, and thought I’d give “Darkest Chocolate” a try…
I’m instantly hooked. Intense cocoa flavor, incredibly smooth and creamy, just an excellent chocolate ice cream that doesn’t “over-try”, but achieves a simple yet elegant ice cream experience.
The only store bought ice cream that gives this brand some competition is the Zanzibar flavor of Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin…and so as a New Englander, Jeni’s has easily become my top choice. I’m so glad I discovered you!

The ice cream is good but the person working the counter was clearly in a bad mood and was intentionally doing everything so slow it was comical. There were maybe 7 people in line and it took nearly 30 minutes to get through it. She had a major attitude with every customer.

This was a lovely place for an afternoon ice cream. The flavors are unique and the texture of the ice cream is silky and creamy (of course). There is no seating inside but there are outside tables to sit and finish your treats. We chose to get our ice cream in cups not in cones although the cones looked yummy.

Love this place!! Amazing flavors and textures. The best ice cream I’ve ever had. I love their outdoor seating! It’s great that you can have more than one flavor in a dish.
While we had the debacle in Chicago trying to check out Jeni's there, we had much better luck at our local Jeni's. At the behest of Jeni's, I decided to give them another try to see if this store had any gluten free vegan ice cream options available.
I called ahead of time to make sure and were told that they had one flavor available by the scoop and 3 more by the pint only. So we made the trip there and am so glad that we did, stove we didn't get to try them in Chicago.
Both of my kids were thrilled with the ice cream they had, and I absolutely loved the Banana Cream Pie pint ice cream (gluten free and vegan!). It was so delicious that I might have to make a special trip just to buy another pint.
So glad that we gave them a second shot. Now if only all of their locations would have at least a couple of flavors that are both gluten free and vegan on hand at all times, they'd be golden in my book!

Jeni’s in Village District has good ice cream and a lot of unique flavors. We liked the ice cream, but the waffle cone pieces were stale, as if they’d been sitting out for weeks. There’s no indoor seating, and the outdoor table was wobbly and dirty. It’s also expensive; we spent about $15 for two cups of a double scoop.
