When I stopped by this Jeni’s, I believe her name was Joclyn gave me the best service ever! I’ve been to quite a few Jeni’s in the area before, but this was by far the best service I’ve received. This will definitely be the main location I go to with future orders!

One person working there on a Saturday night. The line is filling the entire store. He’s also fulfilling like online orders for pickup at the same time. Maybe 30-45 min wait for ice cream

Ice cream is fine, but late on a Sunday with a BIG crowd of post-show theater kids, they left one overwhelmed gal working the front by herself for over an hour while at least one stray manager type milled around in the back and ignored the crowd instead of serving the line of people that was still at least 20+ people deep when he emerged from the back and started cleaning up.
Really makes you wish there was a Graeter's in town 🤷

Jeni's Ice Cream is so delicious and has exquisite flavors that no other ice cream shop has, and I've been to quite a few in the Raleigh-Cary Area. This was my first time here and baby when I tell you OMGoodmess😋😋😋that Brown Butter Almond Brittle!!

My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I don’t care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeter’s, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.
Delicious- i had the new flavor Goose Tracks (I think that's the name) raspberry, blackberry ice cream with chocolate chips....sooo good. Plenty of other flavors to choose from

Came and visited Jeni’s last night and I completely forgot to ask for her name but the woman working with the cool crochet bandana was killing it- especially with the line that just kept on regenerating after she finished off with customers. As somebody in service, I know the feeling of being alone and it being slammed, and her positive attitude with each customer and patience was amazing- and for that I could leave 5 stars alone. I tried the double dough, salted peanut butter, and smores and all the flavors were great. Prices were also great.
