Tried multiple locations. This is the only location I would return to. The staff and GM Caleb are above and beyond. The atmosphere is better and cleaner than other locations in the area. Overall this location is better than all subways. Cold subs better imo. Video review on TikTok.

Been to this location multiple times now and I will not be going back. They do not put the correct amount of cheese on the veggie sandwich, 5 slices of provolone and 5 slices of swiss. When I asked the manager to put the correct amount she argued with me. I worked at a jersey mikes and have been to lots of other locations that put the correct amount of cheese. I will drive the extra time to never have to deal with this location.

There was a time when Jersey Mike’s sandwiches were really good. I found out how much that has changed today. I paid $13+ for a 6”-8” sandwich that I took two bites out of and threw away.
I’m pretty sure there was an entire jar of mayonnaise on the sandwich and also oil and vinegar creating a mushy, slimy mess. Very little meat, browning lettuce and unripe tomatoes completed the tasteless, inedible creation.
I’ve y had to be gluten free for months so I was really looking forward to eating bread. It was all such a disappointing experience.
Everything is expensive, that’s bad enough, but when food is so poorly prepared that throwing it away is the only option, that’s just not acceptable.

Barely any meat on my sub and they ran out of lettuce. Considering there is a food lion next door, that is ridiculous. Two ladies working register were busy talking and laughing to the point it was hard for the lady to hear my order. Will be going to a different location going forward.

We were passing through just about 1 hour before closing and had 7 of us, (including a 1 and 3 year old)
Three in our party are “celiacs” so can always be a little tough for us and the staff.

But……Wow, what a great job! Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten free and safety. They took orders, changed gloves, interacted with the kids and reassured us all would be safe for the GF crew. Super pleased with all aspects of the visit

They are always understaffed here - takes way too long to get what you order. Been like this for years and the owner would rather not hire an extra person and save some money, which has lost them money in the long run.

Ended up leaving at 1:15 - requesting a refund and not ordering from that location again.

We don't use this location anymore. Its clear they are having staffing issues, which is legitimate and we hate to see that, but often times the store is dirty and crowded, and several times they were having issues with the POS and none of the workers knew how to fix it or take care of the customers. Generally very poor customer service and experience here.

Walked in, was only person in the restaurant, and they just kept making online orders and ignored me. After 15 min I just left. This location is a hot mess. Go to the one in heritage it’s 1000x better.

The ladies who took care of us today were spectacular. The restaurant was beyond busy with online, catering and walk in orders and they held their composure, maintained a positive attitude and kept pushing forward making sandwiches. I grabbed their names as I left because I wanted management to know just how exceptional they were. Here's a shout out to Ms. Alexis and Ms. Laniyah! Keep shining bright ladies!

Had an emergency at 130 pm and had to use the restroom. The closest was Jersey Mike's. Ran in and out, no questions ask upon leaving I was greeted and even a nice"Have a great day, with a big smile!! Didn't have to purchase anything
