Just happen to be in the area today and wanted something healthy to eat. Came in and there was only one couple in line in front of us. There were three of us and each had their own order, basically a sandwich, chips and a drink. The gentleman behind the counter asked what we were getting as far as sandwich and bread. He grabbed the bread and sliced the meat and set it on the counter. Next, one of the girls grab the sandwich and asked how we wanted it. My buddy of course has to order every individual item and be very specific with it. She handled it very well and was done quickly. I simply get the number 13 regular size and get it Mike's way with extra jalapenos. She was done neatly and very quick. She even asked if it was enough jalapenos that she had placed on there which it was. Got my chips and my drink and sat down. The restaurant seem very clean. It is a smaller restaurant but evidently for the time we were there it was not overcrowded. My sandwich was amazing and exactly what I asked for. I don't know how often we get back to this area but if we do come back in town we will stop here for sure. All the stuff was very nice and courteous.

Tried multiple locations. This is the only location I would return to. The staff and GM Caleb are above and beyond. The atmosphere is better and cleaner than other locations in the area. Overall this location is better than all subways. Cold subs better imo. Video review on TikTok.

Been to this location multiple times now and I will not be going back. They do not put the correct amount of cheese on the veggie sandwich, 5 slices of provolone and 5 slices of swiss. When I asked the manager to put the correct amount she argued with me. I worked at a jersey mikes and have been to lots of other locations that put the correct amount of cheese. I will drive the extra time to never have to deal with this location.

There was a time when Jersey Mike’s sandwiches were really good. I found out how much that has changed today. I paid $13+ for a 6”-8” sandwich that I took two bites out of and threw away.
I’m pretty sure there was an entire jar of mayonnaise on the sandwich and also oil and vinegar creating a mushy, slimy mess. Very little meat, browning lettuce and unripe tomatoes completed the tasteless, inedible creation.
I’ve y had to be gluten free for months so I was really looking forward to eating bread. It was all such a disappointing experience.
Everything is expensive, that’s bad enough, but when food is so poorly prepared that throwing it away is the only option, that’s just not acceptable.

Barely any meat on my sub and they ran out of lettuce. Considering there is a food lion next door, that is ridiculous. Two ladies working register were busy talking and laughing to the point it was hard for the lady to hear my order. Will be going to a different location going forward.

We were passing through just about 1 hour before closing and had 7 of us, (including a 1 and 3 year old)
Three in our party are “celiacs” so can always be a little tough for us and the staff.

But……Wow, what a great job! Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten free and safety. They took orders, changed gloves, interacted with the kids and reassured us all would be safe for the GF crew. Super pleased with all aspects of the visit

They are always understaffed here - takes way too long to get what you order. Been like this for years and the owner would rather not hire an extra person and save some money, which has lost them money in the long run.

Ended up leaving at 1:15 - requesting a refund and not ordering from that location again.

We don't use this location anymore. Its clear they are having staffing issues, which is legitimate and we hate to see that, but often times the store is dirty and crowded, and several times they were having issues with the POS and none of the workers knew how to fix it or take care of the customers. Generally very poor customer service and experience here.

Imani (GM) and her staff is absolutely delightful! They are professional and extremely friendly. Enjoyed my experience and especially my Italian Sub. ❤️ Will definitely continue to visit this location!
