Terrible service from the girl working the meat slicer on 8/14. If you aren’t a people person you shouldn’t be the first one a customer interacts with when they enter the store. Asked for extra meat on my sub but you couldn’t tell there was any. Food still tasted fine but the service will make me think twice before returning.
The sandwiches were really good...Philly Steak and Italian sub....steady crowd...

Sandwich not as ordered per app. Cashier could not keep from scratching head/weave with long nails. 🤢

Good food understaffed and slow. Better to just order at counter. Don’t bother ordering ahead because it won’t be ready.
Bad service. One of the employees with straight back cornrows slammed my sub down on the counter & when I asked was she okay she instantly gave me a nasty attitude and wanted to argue. Very unprofessional and rude & make sure you check your food, they also have an issue with getting your order correct.

Arrived at 2045 with another customer to order subs…all staff was in the back preparing to close… 5 minutes of waiting after the first customer was asked what he wanted, “TiTi” arrived at the front counter and her face said she was not happy with us being late customers!!! I asked was she good… she asked me was I good! I order my hot subs, 3 giants, and the other customer got his food made… then 2 more people came in, she was not having that. I spent 65.00 and the others spent at least 40.00. Wouldn’t a business want that last 100.00 in 8 minutes before closing…. Next time I will choose other food options for my family at 2045 on a Monday night after my kids ball game!!! Wow. Service members in the industry today!!! They don’t appreciate having a job at all. She just told the last customer that there is a lot going on right now and she is trying to get out of here!!! Then told this lady that said she called for 20 mins to order her sub ahead of time but no one answered the phone…. Titi just told her they been busy!!!!! No one was in that store but us 2 people for the whole 29 mins!!! Got to do better Jersey Mikes!!! Hire someone that wants a job!!!

I order from this location a lot and usually online. I ordered my sandwich 34 minutes ago and as customers came in their orders were completed ahead of mine. Until I complained no one started it. Very disappointed.
Make sure you pick up in person so you can check to make sure they made what you ordered. Consistently just make a different sandwich. I ordered a #66 and got a #56 which is pretty different! Wife ordered a #17 and got something with a weird sauce on it
e: remake was also wrong! 66 & 56 are different numbers! Portobello mushrooms are nothing like jalapenos!

I went to subway on my break, but the toppings looked like they had been sitting out since Thanksgiving😂😂 so I decided to eat at Jersey Mikes.
Jerod has great customer service, and made sure that his store was stocked up on fresh toppings.
