This location spends more time fulfilling call in and online orders than then they do handling the customers in the store. If you’re wanting quick service, this isn’t the store to get your sandwich.

I love Jersey Mike’s and I eat it all over town. This is the one closest to my house every time I order they get my order wrong.
Last time order it was 100% wrong this time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. There’s no bacon on it for a $15 sub. It should be correct every time.

This location has some of the best customer service of any chain I have been to. I usually order online and pickup in store. When I arrive, I am greeted and always given an update on my order. The staff is friendly and helpful and they seem to have great communication with back of house. The food is always ready quickly and to my order.

I had ordered door dash from this restaurant just to open my sandwich to have a dead fly on it. Very disgusting.

I was so happy with my experience at Jersey Mikes this past weekend. I have celiac and usually steer clear of sandwich places. I’m so glad I went for it at this location! The person making the sandwich cleaned off all the breadcrumbs, the meat slicer, and made sure there wasn’t any contamination. I absolutely appreciate the time and thoughtfulness he showed. That Italian sub was the best sandwich I have ever had! I didn’t get sick from any gluten contamination which is a huge deal to me. I know it can be a pain to prepare the area for a food allergy but I truly appreciate it. All of the staff members were great and kind. Thank you for a great experience!

This location needs to get their act together. This used to be our go to Jersey Mike's as it is the closest to our house, but the service has gotten so bad that we try to avoid this as much as possible.
Tonight I decided to give it another try, but the place was super dirty, the service was slow, the workers are unprofessional and apathetic. I ended up walking out before my sandwich was finished and drove to the Strickland Jersey Mike's and got the sandwich there.
The food is still fine at this location, but there has been a revolving door on workers and so far they have not found anybody who can get this place back and running like it was in the past.

Man. Normally i love jersey mikes, but this store has consistently been horrible. When i order on the app, it is never ready in time. in fact, there have been two times i’ve been sitting in the store having other customers be served and my online order, that was already past ETA time, still hasn’t started. today, i came to get my order, and there wasn’t LETTUCE on my giant sub… i looked back on the app to see if i had indicated lettuce and i did. i don’t normally take the time out of my day to write bad reviews but i just would encourage you to go to a different jersey mikes down the road/close by. this one is not it.

Wow. Been coming to this JM for a while. MGMT has turned over several times in the last ten years. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Decided to visit for lunch today only to be disappointed they didn't have tuna (today), at lunchtime. Settled for Turkey. It was good as expected. However, when we ordered drinks, brewed iced tea, we were informed it too was not available (today) and that we could just pick a bottled tea. Well, not acceptable and not happy. It will be a while before I return to this JM.

This place has the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced . I placed a $230 order to be picked up at 1pm . I arrived at 1:08 and they were just starting the order . I waited over and hour and was told they could not give me my box of brownies , nor could they give me my box of cookies . No alternative was offered , I had to ASK for a refund . This was also a catering order … the subs were supposed to be individually wrapped and boxed , we received 2 large bags of WHOLE SUBS . This was for a company meeting , how embarrassing. My order was for 1pm pickup I received this horrible incorrect order plus the refund at 2 pm : no apology , no money back , no explanation NOTHING . I will be reaching out to the better business bureau with receipts as well because this was absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting ….. the manager on duty needs training , he did absolutely horrible no customer service whatsoever
If I could give this a 0 I would. Please take this review serious and make some serious changes. It was a disgusting experience. Not only were the employees rude and offputting but the whole place was filthy and outdated. There were spills on floors and counters. Bugs infested a table. We noticed the employees lacking hygiene or proper food handling
The meat pulled from the fridge wasn't covered with any wrapping and was practically thrown back in the fridge. We noticed the peoples orders in front of us were all being prepared on and I the same spot so everyone was getting what the previous person ordered on their order. We didn't eat the food.
If I could put zero stars I would. The staff here are beyond incompetent. No one knows what is going on or how to make a sandwich. Waited over 30 min for an online order and ended up canceling after standing in the store full of upset and angry customers. Manager Tia was extremely rude.
Visited this location 4/11/25 around 12:30 which was a fairly busy time and found the staff to be friendly and professional. One person ahead of me changed their order more than once after it was being made and the employee was patient and accommodating.
Online order took over an hour for them to make when they actually found the order. Be cautious if you as for the oil and vinegar, you might have a drenched and soggy sandwich. This is consistent with what happens at this location each time we order. If you want a sub, find a different location or try a different company. You will be disappointed here.
