Man. Normally i love jersey mikes, but this store has consistently been horrible. When i order on the app, it is never ready in time. in fact, there have been two times i’ve been sitting in the store having other customers be served and my online order, that was already past ETA time, still hasn’t started. today, i came to get my order, and there wasn’t LETTUCE on my giant sub… i looked back on the app to see if i had indicated lettuce and i did. i don’t normally take the time out of my day to write bad reviews but i just would encourage you to go to a different jersey mikes down the road/close by. this one is not it.

Wow. Been coming to this JM for a while. MGMT has turned over several times in the last ten years. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Decided to visit for lunch today only to be disappointed they didn't have tuna (today), at lunchtime. Settled for Turkey. It was good as expected. However, when we ordered drinks, brewed iced tea, we were informed it too was not available (today) and that we could just pick a bottled tea. Well, not acceptable and not happy. It will be a while before I return to this JM.

This place has the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced . I placed a $230 order to be picked up at 1pm . I arrived at 1:08 and they were just starting the order . I waited over and hour and was told they could not give me my box of brownies , nor could they give me my box of cookies . No alternative was offered , I had to ASK for a refund . This was also a catering order … the subs were supposed to be individually wrapped and boxed , we received 2 large bags of WHOLE SUBS . This was for a company meeting , how embarrassing. My order was for 1pm pickup I received this horrible incorrect order plus the refund at 2 pm : no apology , no money back , no explanation NOTHING . I will be reaching out to the better business bureau with receipts as well because this was absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting ….. the manager on duty needs training , he did absolutely horrible no customer service whatsoever

If I could give this a 0 I would. Please take this review serious and make some serious changes. It was a disgusting experience. Not only were the employees rude and offputting but the whole place was filthy and outdated. There were spills on floors and counters. Bugs infested a table. We noticed the employees lacking hygiene or proper food handling
The meat pulled from the fridge wasn't covered with any wrapping and was practically thrown back in the fridge. We noticed the peoples orders in front of us were all being prepared on and I the same spot so everyone was getting what the previous person ordered on their order. We didn't eat the food.

If I could put zero stars I would. The staff here are beyond incompetent. No one knows what is going on or how to make a sandwich. Waited over 30 min for an online order and ended up canceling after standing in the store full of upset and angry customers. Manager Tia was extremely rude.

Visited this location 4/11/25 around 12:30 which was a fairly busy time and found the staff to be friendly and professional. One person ahead of me changed their order more than once after it was being made and the employee was patient and accommodating.

Online order took over an hour for them to make when they actually found the order. Be cautious if you as for the oil and vinegar, you might have a drenched and soggy sandwich. This is consistent with what happens at this location each time we order. If you want a sub, find a different location or try a different company. You will be disappointed here.

Location is the only reason why we order from this Jersey Mikes, as we order pretty often but we’ll switch locations and drive further. This location doesn’t care about online orders - if they did, the order would actually be ready at the time you requested. Even when they find that the order is not ready at the scheduled time, they don’t care to expedite their mistake to make up for it. I’d suggest starting over with new staff as this isn’t the first, and certainly not the last, time this will happen. The Falls of Neuse location is the better option - great staff and quick.

They were insanely dead but my food was 15 minutes late & I had to find the order after giving them the name multiple times. There was 1 guy working hard while everyone else seemed clueless. Worst establishment I’ve ever visited. 2 dark skinned ladies sitting on there phone? That’s why you make sandwiches 😅

I ordered online for pick up my birthday sub on my birthday yesterday. I had a long ride home and ate it in the car. When I opened my order I discovered a sandwich a three year old could have made better. The sandwich was cut at the 75/25% part not 50/50 (or in half.) Also it wasn't cut all the way through, so when I went to pick up one part the other part was slung across the seat. The part that was intact had all the sauce and condiments only on the end. So the sandwich was just dry meat 90% of the way through. I asked for extra pickles and pepper spread and got neither. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mikes.

This by far the worst Jersey Mikes on the planet. Lunch time is chaos, no leadership, everyone is irritated because they’ve waited an hour for an online order. Avoid this location.

Lady behind counter calling out “whos’s here?” “What you have?” “Who had a 6?” “Did you have a 6?” “Ya’ll know better than that?” There is no order. All confusion here. We called in a web order, so all they had to do was doll the order and put it on the rack, but they are not capable of that.

Our order is 30 minutes late. They lady begins the counter is just going off-script telling a lot and not pushing any orders out. It is a nightmare for the customers and the employees, who ironically outnumber the customers.

my aunt and I came today early in the afternoon. Neither of us had eaten brekfast, we ate our sanwhiches and nothing else, we both got very sick around 3 hours after. My aunt is 82 and not doing well, and the severe diarrhea is causing a big problem today. The staff was very very nice, and we have always liked this location, we have been coming here to cater family functions, hungry soccer teams, and enjoy lunches for a long time. I hate to be negative, but something serious happened with the food or food handling today, and we are feeling awful.
