This was the most unprofessional Jesery Mikes I have ever been to. I will not be visiting location again.Staff was horrible aside from one person who was actually trying to get things in order , while the actual manager did nothing. Staff on their personal phones in front of customers.

The staff are so friendly, I went on 02/29/2024 around 12:45(lunch rush). I had placed an online order for a club sub that came out perfect and quick. Jahnna, D and Isaiah are the crew for sure. Give them a raise or promotion or something. ? That's what you call absolute grade A customer service. Thanks, I'll definitely be back a lot more, seeing as I work in the area now. ???

Ordered online it was quick and easy. I ordered a gf sub #5 bearly any meat on it and the gf roll was very dry and cut unevenly. I wish they would try a different brand of gf bread.

Enjoyed an Italian sandwich from Jersey Mike's and it was truly delicious, offering great value for money. Took advantage of a special deal where buying one got me 72 points, enough for a free regular sub. Note that it takes about 2-24 hours for the points to appear on the mobile app, and orders need to be placed through the phone. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasantly busy, filled with fellow sandwich enthusiasts. A satisfying experience overall.

Why can’t they fix their online ordering system. The orders don’t go through but of course they charged me. My husband went in and they weren’t making your order until you show up. He left with no sandwich as the line was too long to wait. A lot of unhappy customers at this store. Boycotting until it’s fixed. Btw, absolutely no one in that store even cares
Jersey Mike’s way better than New York Mike’s…and that’s on Mary Had a Little Lamb!I always get that Chicken and Bacon Ranch sub whenever I want to enter into a healthy food coma! ?And Mike’s Rewards is a bomb as program where you’re gonna earn free subs quick-n-a- B! To keep those fiens coming back!

Each person on the line asked how you were and made it a point to be personal which is something that stood out. Best Jersey mikes in the area!

I went here on black Friday for lunch and the ladies working were so sweet and happy. You couldn’t help but be happy too. She asked if I wanted chips and a drink and I said “well since you asked so nicely why not!” Food was good too!
