Visiting up here from Florida and by far the best Jersey Mikes experience ive ever had, very efficient and all employees were working their butts off and fully present, food was fresh and tasted great as well!

Clearly the entire staff at this sub shop really didn’t want to be there mich less work there. They couldn’t have cared less to wait on me , prepare the subs , then let me complete the be payment. Then , they kept putting up a “tip” screen several times until they realize. I wasn’t going to tip them. I will not return to this particular “Jersey Mike’s”.

Missing MEAT on Italian sub. I had never been to Jersey Mike’s Subs before, but a co-worker gave me a gift card as a thank-you for a big favor. I decided to try an Italian sub and another sandwich. However, when I got home, I discovered there was no meat at all on the Italian sub—not a single slice. It only had cheese, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. I understand the staff may have been short-staffed or distracted, but it was very disappointing to receive an Italian sub without any meat.

I ordered today online at 1125 am for a 2 pm pick up. When I went into the store at 2:05, my order was not ready. There was one man slicing deli meat for a line 5 people deep. The girl with red braids assembling the sandwiches was literally moving in reverse. No one greeted any of the patrons. There were 3 people in the back area standing around talking. Clearly, they could have gloved up and assisted the two at the counter, but did not. Finally, a woman came from the back area by the grill, and stood at the register. She eventually greeted me by asking my name for the pick up. She located my sandwiches which had been prepped with deli meat only - waiting for the “snail” to assemble “Mikes Way.” The woman told the “snail” to assemble my sandwiches next and quoted the time the order was made online and that I was waiting. She then went to the register to check out a customer. When she completed that, she folded her arms and leaned against the register watching the “snail” as she prepped another sandwich for someone waiting in the line. The “snail” then prepped two additional sandwiches while, what I can only assume was the manager on duty stood with her arms folded still leaning on the register. She did speak up and instructed the “snail” to prepare my order next. When the genius “snail” took a fourth sandwich for yet another customer from the line, the woman who I assume was the manager, grabbed my sandwiches and prepped them from a fixings bar behind the register. Meanwhile, one of the two remaining losers from the grill area emerged to the dining room and fielded a phone call on speaker for everyone standing in the store to listen to. When I finally got my order - it was 2:25. When the woman handed me the bag - she never offered an apology for the delay or even a smile. Customer service at this location simply sucks! And, management seemingly could care less!

Not sure about the negative reviews.
This is not the Bojangles drive-Thru across the street.
EVERYTIME I GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, IT HAS BEEN PERFECT/WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.
If you like hand-made sandwiches and know how Delis work - you are in for a treat-and-a-half.
IF, HOWEVER, YOU ARE A SUBWAY FAN... WELLLLLL, this is above that.

So on 3/28/2025 I went in for a sub for dinner around 5 pm I ordered a giant 56 after ordering I stranded their for like 10 min I asked how long did they think it would be since their was only 1 other guest in the restaurant she said that he was getting ready to start.While standing their i witnessed the cook open the back door smoking a cigarette he came in did not wash his hands just placed all ingredients on the grill went back outside and then again came in and did not wash his hands.At this point I was just going to leave but took the risk which I should have not later on that night I began having extreme pains in my stomach and my bowel movements were all out of control the whole day being a deli manager I think this is highly unacceptable and will be sharing with all my falls river freinds to please take your business else were.

This location is awful. I placed an online order that should have been ready 30 minutes after I ordered. I waited over an hour for them to still not make the sandwich. I asked them to refund and they ended up refunding the wrong order which I didn't realize until after I left. I have attempted to call but my calls continue to go to voicemail. The employees have terrible attitudes and quite honestly if you don't or can't handle a busy lunch time rush then maybe you should find a different job. I never ended up getting my sandwich.

This location is a disgrace to the Jersey Mike’s name. I’ve honestly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it has gotten progressively worse each time.

The atmosphere and service is slow. Staff is unprofessional and have no customer service skills. The food has been the worst of any Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to (honestly haven’t had any other bad Jersey Mike’s either). The bread is underbaked/flat/doughy, and most of the time, you get barely any meat.

Wish the best for this location, but I’m afraid it’s too far gone.

Really disappointing… we’ve tried to give this place a chance multiple times and have been disappointed over and over. The employees are nice but never in a hurry. Restaurant is dirty. Bread has been raw the past 2 times. Hoping it improves as we love Jersey Mikes!

Never order on line. They have no process for how they take and make orders. Food was to be ready at 12:20 and it’s now 12:37 and they hadn’t even started making it. Once you ask about your order they then start making it. Very frustrating
