Today I had the pleasure of receiving EXCELLENT SERVICE from Ms. Depo and her PHENOMENAL TEAM‼️‼️ I was greeted with smiles from Ms. Depo and her team. Everyone worked together as a team as they were making several subs for online orders. The presentation was amazing the restaurant was extremely clean and the atmosphere was inviting.I ordered a turkey, ham and cheese sub ?and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ???‼️‼️I will definitely be a regular customer after my first visit today.I am a SATISFIED CUSTOMER ‼️ ?Compliments to the owners, managers and team for the BEST JERSEY MIKE’S SUB in North Raleigh ‼️‼️ 112-105 Falls River AveTHE BEST SUBS IN TOWN ‼️‼️‼️

Disgusting. Stale bread with old meat. People behind the counter playing on their phones. The sandwich was inedible. I had to throw it away. Never again.

Yesterday I ordered a giant #7 (Turkey) for dinner. We don't eat Pork so I asked them to cut Turkey on a clean blade and they were very accomodating. They didn't allow any of counter or utensils to touch my food either. Each person there was helpful and kind to me and accommodated my requests.Vegetarian options: Small menu for vegans.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate for allergies, gluten dietary and even religious (no pork).Parking: It's in a shopping center.....lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.An employee had her daughter sitting at a table watching her phone while she finished work.

As I waited to decide what I wanted, I observed a young lady standing behind the counter readjusting her braids. ? It went on for about 5 minutes. Why would anyone stand near a food prep area while playing with their hair? Then, I asked if my sandwich could be heated.....I was told they don't have a microwave. This will probably be my first and last time at this location.

Walked up to this store and there were 5 to 6 employees standing outside backdoor smoking pot. Went inside and there were only 2 employees working and 3 people waiting. Stood there for about 10 minutes and one employee went to back door and ask for help. After about 5 minutes the other employees came in ( one which appeared to be a manger) . Stood there a few more minutes and NOBODYeven tried to take our order. During my wait other customers walked in and left also. PLACE AND SERVICE SUCKS!!!! FIRE THEM ALL AND START OVER AGAIN!!

This is THE worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. The service is absolutely awful, not to mention the facility always looks dirty. We just walked out before getting our call in order never to return again!

The service at this location is terrible. Do not place an online order to this restaurant, it will not be ready in a reasonable amount of time. We placed an online order at noon for a 1:15PM pick-up. Upon arrival at 1:15PM the order was not ready nor had they even started on it. I was unable to cancel my order and go through the line so I waited. They took an additional 25 minutes to start the order after I had to stand up and ask for it to be made an additional 3 times. We did get free chips out of it but this is ridiculous that on-demand orders kept flowing as they had mine and numerous other online orders pending with the people waiting in the restaurant visibly annoyed. If you're going to allow online ordering at least be somewhat close to the promised time. I will not be buying from this location again.The sandwiches themselves were okay. It's Jersey Mike's and it was exactly what is to be expected out of a sub from here.

Service is terrible. Waited 30 for my online pick up order. No management to supervise the kids running the place. Like they in there eating in front of customers waiting on their food. Playing on the cellphone and I’m waiting on my food??? Get leadership in there on your night shift. Your kids are acting up and it’s pisding the hard working people who just want to grab their food and go. Off!!!!! The food is great by the way but your service sucks
