So glad they’ve got a great staff now. My last experience was so terrible I haven’t been back. This staff is kind, professional, and very efficient while also maintaining superb sanitary standards. Sandwich is perfect.

Yes I arrived 10 min before closing, I was instantly greeted my an employee that stated they were out of bread. Then why is the store open?

I walked in and the music was so loud you had to shout at the staff for your order. The bathroom was very gross. The floor and tables were all very dirty. The staff was not very friendly to me but they were overly friendly to other patrons who entered. I feel like they messed up my order on purpose to bait me into complaining. ??? It sounds crazy but I did NOT feel welcome there. When the staff wasn't working on an order they were all sitting at tables hanging out on their phones and socializing very loudly. We ate our sandwiches and left. Probably the worst and most unhygienic Jersey Mike's experience I have ever had. If I'm ever on this side of town I will probably just go into the Harris Teeter if I need lunch.

I do not live in this area I stopped by before my concert. The moment I walked in I was greeted by extremely friendly faces. I haven’t had this good of an experience at a Jersey mikes ever. The 2 young men that served my father and I were extremely helpful. Nico said that he was training to be a shift lead and I think he deserves a promotion or raise. I am pregnant and can’t have meat without it being heated up, Nico made sure to heat it for me. The Italian sub that I had made was immaculate. I would sell my first born child to eat the sandwich they made me again. Made with love or witchcraft it does not matter it was delicious. I had also noticed they had a display box on the top of the drink fridge and had asked for one. Nico went out of his way even climbed up on a ladder to get me that box. 100/10 and will be back if possible. I’d love for them to cater my wedding, maybe even my funeral.

One word. SLOW! Why even order ahead. Oh well. Go to a different location!
My top portion of my sub was put next to the cash register, literally inches away. The cashier also handled my sub, I used card but who knows how much cash they touched before me.
Let’s give one star shouldn’t take 30 minutes for hat sub this store is in a good location but they got the Slowest workers ever

Hands down the best sub place. Usually Chains aren't that great, but Jersey Mike's nailed it.
The food at this location is okay at best, but that’s not the reason I’m giving it a one-star review. The manager, Tori, is the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. If you take too long to place an order, she yells at you. If you make a mistake, she yells at you. She also makes comments about customers under her breath. To make matters worse, there’s another staff member, a larger guy whose name I don’t know, and he’s even worse. These two need to be fired immediately. I can’t believe how rude and disrespectful they are if you're planning to eat at this location, just pick another one to avoid the headache from those two.

The sandwich is decent but the vibes at this location are not it. I have gone to this specific one multiple times and truly each time, regardless of the volume of customers in the establishment, I end up leaving feeling like I did something wrong. Why is the woman taking the orders so aggressive and rude? Why is she screaming at every person in line and then giving attitude when they don't respond fast enough? Similarly the man making the sandwiches also engages in a hostile manner with customers. I shouldn't feel reprimanded or anxious while ordering a sandwich and yet every time I do. I know retail and food service is stressful but do better.
I ordered on Grubhub and the restaurant confirmed my order and are preparing it, but when the driver comes pick it up the restaurant tells them they're closed?? I understand the weather but they should label the restaurant closed on the app if they are relaying different answers.
