I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches but ordered a giant tuna on rosemary Parm bread tonight at 5:10. I was the only customer. Half the tuna salad as usual and it was very wet. I think it being so wet meant he could not get much on or ladle was half full of water. Bread also not fresh. Sandwich not wrapped tight or taped. Staff either does not know or does not care. They were friendly.

I had the best sub I have had in a while with great customer service. I had such a great experience I came back in to ask the employees names. I would like to thank Shiyah and Emmanuel for an outstanding experience.

Always enjoy the sandwiches. Went into this location, hoping to be able to take a break and sit down for a few minutes and enjoy my lunch. Noticed that all but one of the tables was completely piled up and covered with bags for pick up orders. The only table that wasn’t covered in these bags was already taken. Several people in line but nowhere to sit, except your car. Highly recommend having a shelving system put in at the front of the store for the pick up orders so that the customers can have somewhere to sit. When I checked out and questioned this with the girl at the register, she simply smirked and shrugged her shoulders. Unfortunately, I had already left my tip at this point. Probably will not use this location again and probably will be a while before I return to any of their stores.

They had online orders being made and bagged while I waited at the register, meanwhile my sub is done sitting on the cutting board? No wonder the tip jar was empty :(

Great lunch!! The restaurant was super busy and there were a ton of on-line orders. The employees were majorly hustling so I didn’t have to wait long at all for my sandwich. Very impressed with their entire team!

The last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve been disappointed. The probably youngest African American girl that works there is EXTREMELY rude. To the other staff and customers. I couldn’t imagine having to work with her. The manager (I’m assuming) was on her way out giving them instructions on what to do and she back talked her the entire time infront of everyone. I told her the condiments I wanted and she either didn’t hear me or didn’t care so when I corrected her after putting something I’m allergic to on my sandwich I was met with huffs and puffs and eye rolls.The manager even apologized to us about how the staff was acting. I’m sorry but as someone who has been working in customer service for 15 years this was unacceptable and I wouldn’t want someone like her working for my company. The store needs a good cleaning too.

Will never get my business again. Ordered on app at 5:19. Said would be ready at 5:34. Was at store at 5:30. No one ever addressed me to see what I was waiting for. Customers came in and ordered after me and left before me. Wasn't ready till 5:45 after I asked where it was. Then there was a mix up in the order (which may have been my fault) but they acted like they just wanted me to leave. They showed me the order that came across and walked away never asking if I wanted to correct it. Customer service should be a 0.
