Jersey Mike's Subs

I was rushing to get a sub. I knew there was closing soon so I got there at 8:52 the door was open. I walked In & wasn’t greeted at all. 2 ladies talking to the customer ahead of me for 5mins. Then she finally acknowledges me & say I should have been there by 8:57!! And there not making any more subs. Like was I a ghost just standing there. Will definitely bypass this location in the future.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Ordered 2 chicken Philly subs and one steak. Trash! I ordered online and none of them were prepared correctly. Driest sub I’ve ever eaten. My husband and son agreed! This used to be my favorite location. Rethinking that. There’s so much more I could say but my review is already too long as is.

Zig Zag the mustard so it is spread evenly across the sandwich not straight up and down the middle of the bread. I’m tired of getting a mouth-full of mustard every time I bite the middle of the sandwich and no mustard when I bite the side.

The workers here are amazing. The man who helped us Ivan was super helpful and very nice. Will come back just because of him. The other workers were good too ig.

I went to this location last week. I guess it was the manager, or senior employee, made a comment to 2 other employees about them being “High schoolers”… sounded like he was trying to belittle them b/c one forgot to add ham to a sandwich. I was embarrassed for him. He was the only one that laughed. No other customers laughed nor did the employees. The customer receiving the sandwich didn’t complain or get upset. The employee simply added the ham. I would hope we all went to high school. I didn’t care for his tone.
Then I went this evening. I ordered a hot sandwich. The girl wrapped it up and laid it on the counter. Didn’t call my name or say this is yours. I had to ask. I asked if it had lettuce, mayo, etc. She flatly responded that it didn’t and next time to ask for it before hand. Wow. They blocked off the other side is the restaurant, so you couldn’t walk to the hot side, so I didn’t know my sandwich was finished. The way she took the sandwich back wasn’t friendly either. I asked could she just put my lettuce in a container. I didn’t want her to unwrap my sandwich with her demeanor. Normally the employee will ask and I’ll tell them lettuce, mayo, etc. Even if it is a hot sub. The food is good but some of their employees need customer service training. Normally the employees here are great (during lunch hours). Very upbeat. Smiling.

I’ve never had a bad experience in this location. Staff is always upbeat, eager to serve, and precise. They seem to be a busier location, but never get bogged down… The manager, Liz, always has a smile on her face, and seems to run a pretty tight ship. One of my favorite places to stop for lunch, when I’m on that side of town…

Love Jersey Mike’s- but absolutely cannot stand the lack of a designated pickup area for mobile orders. They are stored behind the counter, and this can cause confusion, delay, and annoyance for customers who took the time to place their orders before coming in. Please consider adding a designated area considering the volume of customers who utilize the Jersey Mike’s app.
