I visited May 16th at 7pm. The food was fine as usual, I always love Jersey Mike’s, but the service was terrible from two of the four employees working. The customer in front of me was waiting to order and not being acknowledged, so she stormed out. I was willing to wait but the female employee seemed very miserable in her job. She yelled at another staff member who yelled back “what?!” because he did not want to make my sandwich, but he did anyway. My husband did not order anything because he was grossed out by the meats behind the glass unwrapped, lying on top of each other. The area near the sodas and napkins had not been cleaned in a long time. The same female employee who was disregarding customers also was yelling back and forth at all the employees. She should probably be let go. The gentleman who worked the cash register this evening was very friendly and professional, however. Food was great but manager needs to view how today’s staff interacts with customers as all of us are having this experience. My husband will not eat at this location again.

Employees are nice. Food is good, but over the past two years the Pepsi is mostly carbonation. Happens 50 percent of the time. Gotta go elsewhere.m

The subs I received here for my family were amazing! If I could give 6 stars I would. Please let the team here know they’re doing an amazing job. I came at 3:30 on Tuesday, May 6th and the subs looked so delicious as they were being made. Slicer put plenty of meat. Sprinkler made the subs so juicy and gorgeous looking, and the cashier was accurate and friendly. The owner should call and thank these guys personally or stop in and give this whole crew a firm handshake and thank you for their hard work. Keep it up guys!

I am surprised this location is still open. The service is AWFUL!!! It is very clear it is run with absentee management. I went in on 4/27/25 at around 2:00pm. There was 1 person in-front of me who placed their order. There were 4 kids working (3 boys - 1 girl). The girl seemed to be having a bad day and made it clear she was leaving. The other 3 kept walking by me and no one took my order. I had to finally wave my hands to get their attention. I attempted to place my order and then the kid just walked away. I can go on but would rather talk to the owner. I hope the manager or owner will reach out to me as this is unacceptable. This is also not the first time. The staff at this location make you feel like you are a burden. I have spent years in the F&B industry and would not stand for this. Customer service and proper training, along with accountability is extremely important. Please reach out to me.

Prices are ridiculously high!
Only order as a treat when I get coupons or discounts on app. Much better than Subway!
That being said, never had bad service or food from this location. Always ready on time and made well. A little tricky to navigate parking lot when they are busy since Starbucks drive thru is there too. I remember when this building was a Hardee's back in the day!

The employees are great, but management needs to adequately staff shifts. Waiting 40 minutes for a scheduled online order is unacceptable. Give your employees the resources they need to succeed.

I have never met a group of people that could mess up an order more than they can. I literally live around the corner and tip them well. I’ve tried multiple times. Never again.

Employees are more interested in chit-chatting amongst themselves and not listening to the customer's request for toppings. Go to a different store.
