Placed an online order at 11:45 am, drove to the store and went to pick up, the store did not have any online orders ready, waited an additional 30 mins while in store for order to be ready. Staff had completed 8 dine in orders before started working on online orders that came in before their arrival. It was very chaotic and there was no acknowledgement of the delay. Food was finally ready at 12:20. There is no reason to order ahead when placing in store is faster and fresher. Extremely disappointed in the service and made me late for a meeting I had.

Of all the Jersey Mikes locations nationwide we've visited, this location is the only one that doesn't honor military with a military discount . Why is that?

This place was very clean even the bathroom. The food was very hot and delicious.

Above and Way Beyond ! Crow and staff, Hayden, Jude and JB were as kind and accommodating as I have ever experienced in a “fast food” establishment. Their integrity rivals some of the better restaurants I have been to. I am very very picky in the way my sandwich is made and they had no problem making it just the way I asked ! I myself made have been annoyed with how much I was asking of them especially it being near closing time!See u all soon ! Thank you thank you.

I have not been to this location in 2 years. The last time I was here I was pleased with my giant. This afternoon I was not happy with my giant. My bread was not fresh are soft enough for me. Also, the guy put too much of oil & vinegar on the sandwich. Later on, my sandwich was soggy, and I just did not enjoy it. So, I guess I will be giving this location another break.
