No way will I or anyone in my family eat at this place. The worst and dirtiest store I've ever been in- floors and tables , Nasty, food and crap on the floors and tables. The employees didn't even look like they showered or kept themselves clean. Not 1 table in the establishment was clean. not one. Unreal - will never eat there again. I remember the day when this company had clean and helpful employees who cared. -Sad

Went here today with my 4-year-old and 1 year old staff prepare the food in a timely manner. When it came to eating in the restaurant floors were not clean my 4-year-old had to use the restroom went to the ladies restroom and the bathroom was absolutely filthy literally poop splater all over the toilet had to clean the toilet before I even allow her to be near it, trash can lid was broken, the bathroom was as bad as a really bad gas station bathroom if not worse sticky floors smell aweful dirty glass and sink just about everything you could think of was wrong. I would of left and not use it but when your 4 year old has to go you cant wait or walk to the next store. Disappointing to see that, also in that note had to go out to my car to change my 1 year old in the rain because the restaurant does not offer any changing tables or high chairs.

Man I'm here in Durham visiting my family and stop by here to order something to eat the cheesesteak was so Dame good I wish all of them tasted like this keep up the good work staff

First time eating inside a Jersey Mike's and at this location.
I was very impressed with the staff. Clean and organized and very pleasant and professional. Service was great and quick. Great employees and atmosphere. I ordered a chipotle steak in a wheat wrap and it was delicious and fresh.

Had a turkey club in a bowl. Glean environment. Great customer service. Friendly.

Placed an online order at 11:45 am, drove to the store and went to pick up, the store did not have any online orders ready, waited an additional 30 mins while in store for order to be ready. Staff had completed 8 dine in orders before started working on online orders that came in before their arrival. It was very chaotic and there was no acknowledgement of the delay. Food was finally ready at 12:20. There is no reason to order ahead when placing in store is faster and fresher. Extremely disappointed in the service and made me late for a meeting I had.

Everyone in here is warm and welcoming. Would definitely come back again 10 out of 10.
