I work hard manual labor and understand being tired. But there’s no excuse to throw a sandwich at the customer when I’m the only one in there. No one behind me in line. Can’t blame it on being busy and moving quickly.
I don’t blame the employee it’s just sad to see how far standards have fallen. Common courtesy is dead?

Can’t cut the bread right, asked for small amount of oil and vinegar got too much. Plus the area around the toppings was filthy and only an hour after opening. I will never eat there again.

The food was great . But the customer service is terrible. The black woman with braids got an attitude when making my sub. I understand you got customers waiting but don’t take out on your customers . I see she treated the Hispanics in front of me with respect Ijs. Prob won’t be back to this location. Train your employees

Long wait time just for one sandwich with five people working.
Usually love Jersey Mike’s but this one is gross and the staff sucks . Chicken was gross and barely any lettuce .

Irritating….i had a grubhub order and there is no way to add banana peppers. I called and asked to see if they could add them and they said they could and of course I got the sub with no banana peppers.

Olivia is the best, great customer service & makes the best sub number #7 turkey.Give her a raise, she's a great employee & has a great attitude, that means a lot to keep me as a repeat customer!!?

Almost every time I order delivery from this store, there are items missing. Even when I specifically ask in their instructions to make sure all items are there, they consistently forget one thing or another. Will be ordering from a different store from here on out.

I spent several hundred dollars a month with this business and with my employees and family thousands. I ate here for lunch recently and had to leave for an appointment. When I returned with my cup to sit and work on my phone one employee screamed at me in front of customers and other employees not to get more tea and accused me of not having paid for it which I did. I got my tea and left. I let this go and was polite to her though it was undeserved and no apology was offered. Last night she put salt on my sandwich after I requested no salt but I let that slide too. She snidely told me yea wouid be emptied out in 15 minutes. I asked her politely for a larger cup or a backup cup and she ignored me charging me for a large drink. I told her I didn’t want to pay for a large drink and it was 8:00 PM. So she took it back giving me a smaller cup. I returned the sandwich and smaller cup for a refund. I told her how I had not reported what she did amd she proceeded to tell how she reported it with a very disrespectful tone and dishonesty. I told her I accept her apology though for giving disinformation as well as abusing me as a customer. She only laughed at me and said “That’s funny.” What a great response after abusing your best customer…. If Matt wants to keep people around like this he can deduct my business, my employees’ business, and my family and friends’ business from her wages. This is no way to run a business or treat your customers.
