Very nice staff and great customer service. I been going here a few years now since I moved to Raleigh. An employee named Angel works there and she always communicate with me and my family which makes us feel welcomed. The food for me is always fresh and delicious every time i order as well :) This is the best location for jersey mikes in Raleigh.
I would just like to say that there are a lot of establishments who have rude service, this establishment is not one of them. I would love to highly praise your worker Angel for giving me phenomenal service during the rush-hour. A lot of things can be miscommunicated at a lot of restaurants, even with big lines, but it seems even when you guys have big lines that does not deter Angel from giving a five out of five service. She goes beyond the call of command to ensure that the customer is having the best experience that is tailored to them. It is a breath of fresh air, not to have someone give attitude when you were simply telling them your order. I will definitely come back again and frankly to be transparent. I’ll probably request that Angel makes my sandwich every single time because she’s outstanding! Thank you Angel for creating a true catered experience.
