Almost every time I order delivery from this store, there are items missing. Even when I specifically ask in their instructions to make sure all items are there, they consistently forget one thing or another. Will be ordering from a different store from here on out.

I spent several hundred dollars a month with this business and with my employees and family thousands. I ate here for lunch recently and had to leave for an appointment. When I returned with my cup to sit and work on my phone one employee screamed at me in front of customers and other employees not to get more tea and accused me of not having paid for it which I did. I got my tea and left. I let this go and was polite to her though it was undeserved and no apology was offered. Last night she put salt on my sandwich after I requested no salt but I let that slide too. She snidely told me yea wouid be emptied out in 15 minutes. I asked her politely for a larger cup or a backup cup and she ignored me charging me for a large drink. I told her I didn’t want to pay for a large drink and it was 8:00 PM. So she took it back giving me a smaller cup. I returned the sandwich and smaller cup for a refund. I told her how I had not reported what she did amd she proceeded to tell how she reported it with a very disrespectful tone and dishonesty. I told her I accept her apology though for giving disinformation as well as abusing me as a customer. She only laughed at me and said “That’s funny.” What a great response after abusing your best customer…. If Matt wants to keep people around like this he can deduct my business, my employees’ business, and my family and friends’ business from her wages. This is no way to run a business or treat your customers.

No customers were present when I arrived this evening. Two men were handling other tasks in the background and couldn't be bothered to help me because their tasks were more important than a customer. The young lady in front of me was making three sandwiches (to go orders) and acknowledged me after a few minutes, but was actually too busy to help immediate. After a few minutes, a short guy with dark hair finally stopped what he was doing to help me. No greeting at all. He acted like I was bothering him. Literally said, "yeah" after he got his gloves on. This was the entire time. Chargee me and walked away. Had to ask him to come back for a receipt. Again he was bothered. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on a quiet Friday night at 7:30. I'll never be back. Never received such bad service at a JM before. :(

Been going to the Jersey Mike's for a while. But the service today was awful. I was ordering multiple sandwiches and that seemed to push everybody over the edge. Definitely unfriendly here.

Ordered using Ubereats, order arrived in a timely fashion. However, sandwiches were not made as ordered. For example, one sandwich arrived dry. It was supposed to have mayo, vinegar, and oil - NOTHING. Needless to say, a big part of our order ended up in the trash.

I walk in to place a order tonight and it was three African American teenagers working..l stood in line for 3 to 5min..no one acknowledged l was even standing there..no hello,how can we help you or nothing..they talked amongst themselves..this is thee worse experience l have ever had..l walked out and went to another jersey Mike and was taking good care of..those three young men needs a lot of training because you'll lose more customers if this is how you continue to treat people..you guys don't even deserve one star but that's all they had..please train your staff or find people that actually like their job and want to serve your patrons
