Delightful experience. Watched them make the roast beef sandwiches and buffalo chicken wrap. Chicken was made to order on flat top grill and beef was sliced then from roast using deli slicers. Everything was quality and fresh. Food prep employees were friendly and professional, especially David (who took my order and sliced my beef). He helped me through my decisions and even asked about my day!

This is the first time I felt uncomfortable here. I ordered two sandwiches, one for lunch and the other for dinner. I get the same thing everytime. This time, the guy did not hear me, which was okay. However, he stopped making my order and started helping the man after me. He mumbled let me help him first. The gentleman told him no, finish helping her. He then tried to help both at the same time. I should have walked out, but I would not have made it to another place to get lunch. I was the only one in line until the guy came in. It took 21 minutes to get my food. He could not even say thanks. Very bad experience! I will not be back. He can keep his good ole boy attitude!

Different employee today. When I walked in she was mopping the floors then she just changed gloves to make my sandwich area was a mess bread and meat crumbs everywhere no bread out except what was left out on the counter. Toppings was ...... just be careful this place was much better.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews for this location. Perhaps those reviews are off base, or perhaps management has made necessary staffing changes.

Placed a pick up order online, when i arrived told the guy at the front counter my name and i was told he didn’t have a order for my name but proceeded to say he has a order for such and such which was me but incorrectly pronunciation. Didn’t even try to ask what my order was or my last name. I literally had to show him my phone because he was so sure he didn’t have my order. I just feel like if you can not handle working under pressure you should not be the main person at the counter. was very rude and seemed to be overwhelmed with the rush of orders. Should not be working in the front!

The sandwiches taste mid and they get soggy really quick. When I got home after like a 15minute drive the bottom was soggy and the bag was also. Friendly workers and it’s pretty clean.

We love jersey mikes and this is close by but this was unacceptable. I’m appalled that this food prep person is not required to wear a hair net. His hair was directly hanging over the sandwiches he was making.

Ordered a sub there tonight 5:30-6 pm, and it was awful. Very dry and missing requested ingredients. Not fit to eat. Please train the person working there how to listen and prepare food. $23+ wasted!!
