Each time I come to this location there’s a young lady named Nicole who is yelling and screaming at other employees. Her behavior is hurting your business.

The look on the employees’ and customers’ faces is enough for you to remove her from the face of your business.

I won’t come back there at all. 😕

What an absolute joke of a Jersey Mike’s. This place consistently pumps out disappointing sandwiches which you only have to wait TWICE the time for. I’m so sick of ordering online, showing up (giving them an extra 10min because I know they suck), and having to wait another 15 minutes. Meanwhile customers walk on the door, get in line, get their sandwich and leave before I even get mine.

Jersey Mikes should shut this location down. Go to literally any other location.

Gave them a second try since I was in the area. Worse than the first time!! Bread extremely hard and when I asked for another piece he said it was all the same and it was fresh. Got to my car and couldn’t even bite into the bread. I took it back inside and knocked on the top of the bread like a door. He said he’d remake it. This time when he wrapped it up, all the toppings slid off the sandwich. He said sorry and kept wrapping! Terrible! Way below Jersey Mike’s standards. This coming from someone who eats Jersey Mike’s at least 3X a week.

I see why this location barely has 2.5 stars.

The quality of the sandwiches I received today was beyond disappointing. Almost as if someone squeezed the sandwiches. Barely any meat or toppings either.

Tried to speak with a manager and was told by an employee they “think” they’ll be in on Monday.

Never coming back. I’m sure after the buyout this company just had the quality of food/service will continue to get worse.

Should’ve gone to publix for a pub sub.

Sandwich was very dry and the bread was stale and crumbly. Staff was apathetic. Go anywhere else. I’ve had better sandwiches from a gas station shelf and they didn’t cost $15.

One of the worst customer services borderline discrimination. Waiting on 1 sub I ordered online more than 49 minutes. I saw people come and get there subs eat and leave only Hispanic in the place and my order gets misplace. They would ask any customer for there name except me I had to ask for my order 3 times and my ticket still gets misplaced

Their sandwich was the absolute worst. There is way too much pepper in the tuna. It's disgusting. 25 minutes wait to order 2 sandwiches. I will never order from here again.

There’s an issue with Uber eats where the order doesn’t get inputted correctly. That being said, I called the store and the girl was very nice and professional and took care of it for me. Thank you for your help.

Staff seems very "down in the dumps" with no smiles or kind words. I'm still waiting for sandwich so I hope sandwiches better than atmosphere.

I placed an online order through the JM app I went to the store and picked up my order. I didn't check the accuracy of the order, but when I got home the order was wrong. They put someone else's sandwich in the order. When I went back to the store and hotly complained, the manager (I'm guessing) said "grow up," and it's a sandwich. The guy never gave any thought that I had to waste my time and gas (not to mention traffic) to drive back to the store to get what I paid. Like I told the guy, I won't be back. I now see why the reviews are 3 or 5.

If you're looking for a place to grab a bite in Raleigh, visit this Jersey Mikes - as someone who has worked in the food service industry, I tend to be picky about where I choose to go. I wasn't in line long even with a lunch rush, they had positive & friendly staff, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the store itself. 10/10. Thanks JM's! (:

Had a great experience with my online order today. Everything was prepared properly, in a timely fashion, packaged well, and easily picked up. They asked me if I had an online order when I walked in, I confirmed that I did, they asked my name, and then promptly handed me my order. Very smooth and easy transaction, and this is my first time using online ordering… Made my lunch pickup a breeze!

I like this location. The only issue I have been having lately. The bread on the sandwiches has not been as fresh as it should be. It’s been very flaky break apart and it gets a little hard. If the bread can approve I will return.
