RAW DEAL!!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! Ordered a Jet Bread on Uber Eats, was delivered a raw Jet Bread but the lady said that it was Ubers Eats fault. This is wrong. No refund was offered, no new Jet Bread delivered, they gave me a raw deal!

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The young man who helped us at first was polite and professional. However, the young woman with long hair was extremely rude — she snatched the money out of my hand and dropped the change on the counter instead of handing it to me. On top of that, she wasn’t wearing a hair net, and her hair was long and swinging around, which is unsanitary for a food service environment. Her behavior and lack of hygiene were both unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.

The young white female was very unpleasant when I went into the facility tonight. She said I said wait a minute and I said I didn't hear you. Then she helped a white man that came in the door and after helping him asked me the customers name that I was picking up for. She has a nasty attitude and does not need to be at the front register helping the public at all.

We just had jets deep dish cheese pizza delivered from their Creedmoor Road location. We are from New York City with some of the best pizza anywhere, and I honestly have to say that jets pizza tonight was the best I have ever had! It was fabulous.

Love the deep dish pizza! A little expensive but the pizza is always hot and fresh. I've never had any complaints. The staff greeted you as soon as you open the door, and I can appreciate that.

Some recent reviews have been a bit whiny, but this Jets location is still the best pizza in North Raleigh. Lunch combo is a great deal, full pies are delicious. Don't bother with anywhere else.
This pizza place was recommended from a co-worker and now I'm addicted! The price is honestly worth it for a good quality pizza. Love this place! Go for extra sauce. Trust me, it's worth it!!!

First time visit, purchased a slice. Mediocre at best. Detroit -style is just a Sicilian style slice. Far better off going to Peri Brothers on Six Forks Rd. if you like that type!

I just moved here from Boston. Now, Boston pizza is the BOMB! It's been hard to find good pizza in NC Durham/Raleigh line. So, for Jets, it is my favorite around here. I was surprised at how good it is. Definitely check it out if you can.
