This used to be the only Jets in Raleigh that I would go to. (The one near my house is terrible). I hadn't been here in probably 6 months, but now they're doing what so many other "restaurants" are doing. Down sizing ingredients and raising the price. Six months ago the XL Eugene was $27 and change. Today 2/6/25 it was $29.22 with much less sausage and peppers than the last time I ordered. I decided to disassemble my pizza and cut the sausage in half and redistribute because some pizza squares only had 2 or 3 pieces of sausage. While taking the sausage off it looked as thougzh someone had already cut the pieces in half before putting them on the pizza. The sausage on this pizza used to be Larger not anymore. I like lots of banana peppers on the pizza, but I understand that, that is subjective. I added more of my own.

The JET’S Pizza location off Creedmoor Road ran a special pizza promotion on Oct 23 for the Raleigh Elks lodge 735 Veterans Homeless Project. It offered $2.00. Chicago style pizza all day for residents of the area. In a 10-hr period it sold 600 pizza’s and donated all proceeds to the Raleigh Elks Lodge for their program. The promotion idea came from the fact the Raleigh Elks Lodge 735 program helped a Homeless Veteran employed by Jets Pizza get supplies and. resettled in a new home. Of this date their Welcome Home Program has helped 82 other veterans with items and furnishing's needed for resettlement. Thank you JET’S Pizza for helping our program and our Veterans

Normally, i go to the Cary Location because its closer. This time i placed my order NOT paying attention to the location. I ended up at the Creedmore, Raleigh location to pick a 8 corner half and half pizza. Let me emphasize and share this is THEE FIRST time a Jets pizza chef has EVERRRRR! And i mean EVVVVEEEERRRR MADE MY PEPPERONI SIDE WITH VEGGIES the BEST! I feel like whoever made this pizza, it was a guy, they made it LIKE THEY CARED. IT WAS LAYERED EVENLY NOT SPORADICALLY WITH ALL THE VEGETABLES I ORDERED. However, later on after eating one slice every since i have eaten the pepperoni slice first i got diareah, then i wasnt certain is was the food so i ate the vegerable side and i have had nothting but stomach pains. I normally dont eat all day intentionally and i eat at Jets in Cary location all the time and I have never ever gotten sick like this. Im throwing it all out. It is food poisening, a dead larve in my diarhea, Urgent Care appt 9:05am.
Vegetarian options: Gluten free crust with multiple vegetarian toppings!!!!!

I get they were busy but order was already 15 minutes late. When I asked the female cashier if she could check on it, only could receive the condescending ‘it’s still in the oven’ from her. A little avoid because I’m deciding to gauge how much more late the pizza and breadsticks will be. Finally ready 20 minutes late and checked everything to find a long hair on the pizza! Brought it to the cashiers attention and asked if they had another ready they could swap it out. She said it would be 10 minutes or she gave me the option of taking the breadsticks with thick, dark, long hair on it as she peeled it off and threw it on the floor. **disgusting** Asked for the breadsticks to be refunded. Pizza was decent. Sweet tomato sauce with cheese, similar to hungry howies. Yall should be embarrassed to have her as your cashier. Rude, annoying and poor people skills. All 8 people watched her peel that hair off the pizza and still offer it to me. Absolutely foul
The staff was absolutely amazing and the management took care of everything. It was a great place to go.
