Growing up in Michigan, our go to pizza place was Jet’s. I love their pizza and it reminds me of home. Unfortunately, this location is terribly run and probably needs to be shutdown in order to protect the brand.
I’ve been ordering here fairly regularly for a few years, and I have been aware of their staff’s general lack of urgency and enthusiasm. Customers walk in and will go minutes without being acknowledged. Usually, if you order online, you can sneak through the line and pick up your order, but it’s really a roll of the dice.
I showed up the other day, 15 minutes after placing an order. I told them my name and was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was handed 1/3 of my order, and the the employee’s surprise she saw that there were 2 additional items on the ticket. Long story short, I waited 45 minutes in total at the store, my daughter was crying in frustration, I promised her that I wouldn’t order pizza here anymore, and one of my pizzas was over an hour old when I got home and ate it. My daughter was begging for us to leave before the saga ended, but I had made the cardinal mistake of paying ahead of time (with tip).
If you take nothing from my story, if you insist on ordering pizza here, use the app, do NOT call, and do NOT prepay. Good pizza, but a 1/2 decent chance your day will be ruined.

Very friendly people who were very assistive. Hey it's a carryout. What do you expect for atmosphere? You want some deep dish pizza that is absolutely spiced wonderfully? And these guys have got some really good sauce and delicious crust.

Exceptional! The only real pizza we’ve had since moving to Carolinas four years ago (Detroit deep dish). Really fantastic. Too bad we live a state over. We started making our own because we can’t find any worth eating in SC. Pizza could have been ready closer to the set pickup time, however (15 minutes over), but well worth the wait. Otherwise, staff were really friendly.

Placed online order and was advised to call the store.I called the store and after 10 minutes listening to a recording of how good their pizza is and all the options for placing an order online and via text both of which failed and directed me to call the store.....Complete waste of time zero explanation from website and Noone will answer the phone.I hate companies like this! They're worse than McDonald's.

I like Jett’s 8 corner pizza and we have ordered it at least 6 times. 1 time out of that was great, the other times not so much. The other 5 were very hard and extremely burned around the edges. One night we didn’t get what we ordered, but it was too late to take it back. We keep going back because I know they can do better. We have ordered the round pizzas and they were ok, and the bread was burned too.
