This place is a joke... Jet's is pretty good but this place is ruining your name. They don't pick up the phone and every soul in this building is drained of any moral. I asked the kid what an "8 corner pizza" is and the dude snickered... like what? It's a type of pizza unique to your store, why would I know what that is lmao. Asked if they had any deals and he told me no... I googled while I was waiting AFTER I paid and immediately saw a deal for an item I ordered. Experiences like this make me feel vindicated about my animosity for purchasing food out.

I hate to write a bad review but th employee at this place was horrible and it looked like he didn't want to work there with his negqrive behavior. Had a black mask on and didn't talked and answered any questions and just looked at you and doing pantomime, very unprofessional and negative. I have never had such a bad experience. His disrespectful demaneuor will ruin this business. This will be my first and last pizza at this place.

Hate to leave bad reviews, but I placed an order on the phone the night before to get pizza for my daughter’s birthday party the next morning. Confirmed and triple confirmed the order, then went to pick it up and nobody was even at the store when I was trying to pick it up. Was a very horribly embarrassing situation to have a group of 30 people go hungry. Called all day to see what was going on and nobody ever picked up. Love jets pizza, but can’t ever support them again.

Jets pizza is yummy but this location is dirty, they have ZERO customer service, they make you wait 30 minutes after the order is supposed to be ready & don’t care about the presentation of the food or the location. Employees standing around and doing nothing while their tickets get backed up. Other locations have better reviews, should have listened.

I love its Hawaiian pizza, even though I usually hate Hawaiian pizza. I wasn't as crazy about its peperoni pizza, but I still liked it. I especially appreciate that it has Detroit-style pizza. Worth the trip!

Edit: This company absolutely stole money from me. I placed an order and they never delivered it. Plus I tipped before hand and still never received what I paid for. Called them 10 times and they refused to answer or even call to tell me that they weren't delivering my food. I went and paid them a visit the next day and the woman at the counter informed me, after I told her I wanted my money back, that the manager had already taken care of it (I paid by credit card). Fast forward one day and the charge was never taken care of and applied to my account. I guess my next step (seeing as how I work for the department of labor) will be to utilize any contacts I have to have this place investigated for fraud as it looks like from the reviews section here that this is not an isolated event.
Avoid this location at all costs.

WOW DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! I wish I would have read the reviews first. My order took TWO HOURS to get here, it was COLD, like so cold the cheese was hard. Apparently they ran out of the dipping sauces I ordered, so they just brought nothing and never informed me. The delivery person called out from the car, they ran out, awesome, the ones I paid a dollar each for? I will never order from here again. I grew up in Michigan and had fond memories of Jets, not any longer. And good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, they wont.
I have now been on hold 26 minutes to give my payment information after ordering with an automated bot. Terrible service. I called in my order at 5:30, so not like it was during the dinner rush… Terrible!
