They never answer the phone. Like never and during business hours. Also don't order the pizza online bc they will give you old pizza that's been sitting out and it won't be fresh. Always go inside to order and the pizza will for sure be ?

We placed an order in person and waited in our car; went in after waiting 15 minutes and they said we already picked it up- then proceeded to argue with us when we stated we had not. Another person came in and had the same issue. We then had to wait annother 15 minutes- our order- 2 slices of cheese. Avoid this location.

I placed an order over the phone at the ten ten location. I asked for a pepperoni ny style pizza and a pepperoni Detroit pizza. I get home and both these pizzas are cheese. I call back to the store I am mad to say the least but I keep calm. I sit and decide to eat the pizza with my family which were absolutely starving! As we are eating the manager calls back. I could hear immediate attitude in her voice from the time I answered the phone until the time I hung up. I explained to her what happened even admitted it was my fault that I should have checked my pizzas before I left. She tells me that she doesn’t know what I want her to do as I explain that I am not looking for anything free. I then ask if she is a supervisor because again her tone is absolutely the WORST. She then tells me that she is an “OWNER” and I asked just an owner of that one or ALL of them she then tells me that has NOTHING to do with anything and that she is about to end the call. Again I was the one who drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. Not to mention superbowl was the 1st time I had ever had this pizza and I told her it was better superbowl night than tonight.. AGAIN explaining to me that she is the “OWNER” I have never in my entire life dealt with someone trying to throw their weight around. I will NOT be ordering here again due to her being there. When I asked her what her name was when I got off the phone she made the comment “that is not even important” if I ever eat jets again it won’t be at this one..

All I wanted was pizza for National Pizza Day. I saw that Jet's had some specials that they were running. I signed up for the rewards program and placed my order online at 7:45 pm for a pickup from the 3004 Wake Forest Rd location at 9 pm. At 7:46 pm I received a Thank You For Placing Your Order email. Their website said they close at 11 pm. I arrived at the store at 8:26 pm and the door was locked and the open sign was not lit up. I went to the vegan restaurant next door and placed a to go order. Upon coming outside I went to take a picture of the store being closed so that I could notify their Corporate office that not only had I received no communication that I was not going to receive my order but also that they were closed early. While taking the picture, I noticed there were people in the back walking around. I knocked on the door but no one came to the door. Then I receive a call from a worker at that location at 8:59 pm. He proceeds to tell me they closed at 9 pm. I said your website says you close at 11 pm. He said my manager has not had the chance to update it yet. I said I got here at 8:26 pm and you all were closed then. I asked did ya'll not make the $43.85 order that I placed? He told me no. I asked why not. He said because we close at 9 pm and there was no reason for us to make it. I asked him why they did not send me an email to cancel my order or why didn't they call me at the time of the order to notify me. At that point, I realized, I was getting no where with the employee and I asked to speak with the manager. He put me on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I drove 40 miles round trip and they did not have the decency to let me know they were not going to make the food I ordered. I will never patronize the 3004 Wake Forest Rd location in Raleigh. No customer should ever have to experience what I did.

Called on my way over there so I wouldn’t have to wait for them to make it. Sat on hold for 15 mins when I walked in. Guy said. Nothing to me. And when I commented about the phone call he ignored me and went back to walking around the back. Unless employee. Will be the last time I come to this jets pizza.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 4:45 PM on Sunday, January 14, 2024. As of writing this review at 7 PM, I still haven't received my order. I understand that pizza restaurants can get extremely busy on Sundays, being in the Food Service industry in my past completely understand the staff. However, my problem is not with the restaurant but with the driver. The driver called me once to inform me that my food was delivered. However, I had requested them not to knock as my dogs are defensive and loud. I have a neighbor with a new born that I'm not trying to wake their kid. I left a 20% tip on the card by the way with cash in hand too. The driver claimed that they delivered the food to my porch. However, I have a front door camera, and no one but my neighbors has walked in front of my home. I don't have a porch; I have a door to the walkway. So, either the driver lied to me, or someone else took my delivery without getting caught on my camera. I spoke with the management but still haven't received my order, and it's already 7:15 PM. Order #51.I'm not demanding anything just pointing a problem that's happened before. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a similar experience. Still love Jets but I’m not cool with this experience considering this the second time someone has done this from here.

I've honestly never had an issue with this location before this - but I waited an hour before calling to ask my order status to be asked "Oh did they not call you?" then told that they were out of what I ordered. I wait maybe 30 mins, intercept my order going to the wrong house, to find out they input my address incorrectly when charging me a second time for pizza. Y'all wild.

First, I placed an online order at 7:00 pm, it said it would be ready at 7:26, I showed up at roughly 7:27, maybe 7:26, and it was not ready yet. I then had to sit and wait 20 minutes, 7:44pm, before I was given my food. It seemed like they just started cooking it when I arrived, if not it was just sitting there, which is worse. Second, some random lady walks in after I had been waiting 20 minutes, and immediately gets her food, while I still have to wait, so it’s not like they wait for everyone to get here before they make it. Third, I ordered pizza sauce with our pepperoni bread and they never gave it to me. Lastly, the food is decent for the price but after this experience I will not be going back.

The female lack customer service barely seemed to want to be there. Pizza was ok. No smile, just here you go and just walked away. No, thank you or come back.

Normally I give into anywhere with deep dish pizzas to just give them a try and so far theirs has beaten all the other restaurants & franchises around the RDU area. Not sure if other reviews steer people away or not enough people give credit when it's due, but definitely give it a try! The staff were friendly and pretty quick with the service when we placed an online order for pickup. The pizza was hot and must be eaten immediately to get the full experience.

Pizza looked good but No customer service....I waited at the counter/register for 7 minutes and no one ever came to take my order. I could see a woman in the back room scrolling through her phone, she never turned around to see if anyone was in the store to order or pick up. I tried to get her attention but it didn't work.I was looking forward to trying Jet's, I guess I will have to try another location.
