When you place an order for pick up several days in the future and they can't have it ready on time is really frustrating the first time. The second time this happens, is the beginning of a trend. I'm willing to give them one more chance to get it right, but I am doubtful that they will be successful. Update: An hour after the time it was to be ready, I finally got my order. Will not order from here again.

Placed an order for pickup. They never looked and I had to wait until everyone in line had ordered before I was able to ask about mine. They started the order after I told them. It was a custom wrap combo which they did not make correctly, and forgot to give em my drink, chips and cookie. I did complain afterwards and they gave me a free sandwich, but they are so far away from my home I doubt I'll be back any time soon.
Parking: No parking around the small reastarunt. Paid parking everywhere else.

Poor service at best. White male workers didn't speak when we entered and was very dry. Had conversation with white couple that came in after us. The order was to go, however we had to bag the food. I will never go back.

I thought about this exact review the last 2 times I've been here. I'm sure I'll be called racist, but it's just a real observation. There used to be Mexicans employed here and it was freaky fast. Now it's mostly blacks and it is the slowest on earth. All different times of days and not busy. I know they make stuff for catering or whatever at times, but it is beyond ridiculous every time time after time I come here.

Messing up on vegetarian order. We always check before we leave. When we took it back guy was making excuse and tried to give the old one to us. When we ate the order it wasnt made right the way i have seen from other JJ, things were coming out. Not good experience

The man with the scruffy hair who usually takes orders is very sweet. You can tell he’s always doing a lot and they can be pretty busy around lunch time. The staff in general is always nice and even when it’s slammed they are polite and courteous.
