Messing up on vegetarian order. We always check before we leave. When we took it back guy was making excuse and tried to give the old one to us. When we ate the order it wasnt made right the way i have seen from other JJ, things were coming out. Not good experience

The man with the scruffy hair who usually takes orders is very sweet. You can tell he’s always doing a lot and they can be pretty busy around lunch time. The staff in general is always nice and even when it’s slammed they are polite and courteous.

About what you can expect from a Jimmy John’s. Staff was friendly, food was good but kind of thrown together. Good cheaper food option in Raleigh.

There's nothing great about these hoagies. I'll get one when there's no time to get frt Primos. There doesn't seem to be enough meat on a regular hoagie, however, it will do in a pinch,.

I come to this location every other week or so the staff is always pleasant! One of the managers, I believe his name is James, as well as Elijah who has been there for most of my visits are always a delight, and if he is on the line, I never have to worry about my order!

I just got a sandwich during the bluegrass festival, and the cashier was awful. Not one word of thanks for the business with so many other choices to choose from. I just don’t get it! Never again!

First time returning to a JJs in a long time. Their caprese salami sandwich was delicious and served within minutes.

Wife and kids went in to get dinner for our family at 630. They close at 7pm so still 30 minutes of being open. Staff was rude. Clearly wanted to not be there. Food was made poorly. Beef and cheese sub had no cheese and was literally only beef on sub roll and no other toppings. Second sub was no tomatoes and put tomatoes on it. Find new employees.

I paid for an online order for pick up. I waited for over an hour and walked out with no food. Yes, it's busy being by the convention center. They should be prepared for the lunch rush and prioritize online orders. I want my money back, especially the tip. Order number 19798840870895620.

I've eaten here dozens of times over the last several years and had good sandwiches. Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago I got a sub that had what looks like used chewing tobacco in it. There's an employee who looks like he had a chew in during two different visits, and he is the employee who made my sandwich that day. I'm speculating, but I don't know what else it could have been. Either way, I won't be going back anymore.

Love the turkey subs, though I never seem to get exactly what I ask for. The front register team members are typically friendly. There is one person who is on the line making subs who literally want respond as people tell him thank you which comes across as mean spirited, intentionally!
