The guy with cap at the counter was not taking my order. Did nt even say nothing kept me waiting for a while like he doesn't give a,,,, . Then the person who was making subs she came and rang me up and made my sandwich. He rang the next person up who came after me. The person who rang up she was great but the guy with the cap is giving atitude or he has some problem I don't know

I’M DEFINITELY NOT ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN EVER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. It took almost 2 hours for a simple sub delivery and I literally live 5 minutes from the restaurant.

To this day I still can’t understand being 2 miles and 5 minutes away and them not delivering to my house. Regardless of that fact I like to try and tip even if I don’t dine in and not one person acknowledged me when I walked in or out. Keep in mind there were zero customers in the store. The employees were clearly feuding and unhappy. It was extremely uncomfortable. I had never been to a jimmy johns before and that experience alone isn’t worth another trip. Sandwich was just okay.

Seriously the laziest sandwich I’ve ever seen. Terrible quality! I ordered a club sandwich with extra cucumber and extra onion. There were literally 2 tiny cucumber slices on the whole thing and no onion. There was 1 ½ small tomato slices and like no lettuce. The sandwich was falling apart and looked like my 3 year old made it. On top of that, the meat is such low quality now. It’s almost slimy. Absolutely 0 stars. Would not recommend. JJ used to be good but it’s gone way down hill.

Good sandwiches. Not freaky fast, but there were only two people in the store & only one was actually preparing the food. I wish they delivered to us but instead of going by as the crow flies for distance they go by driving distance so we're just out of range. Slightly irritating, but I was craving a good sandwich so we picked it up.

Extremely poor customer service. The employee working when we walked in and ordered acted like we were burdening him by placing an order, had an attitude with the individual I was with because she wasn't talking loud enough (or ordering fast enough for that matter), and didn't even make either of the sandwiches correctly. The previous reviews about a male employee with a beard who yells at customers are 100% correct. Do better.
