I order online a lot and they almost never look at my modifications. It’s become an expectation at this point that it won’t come as I ordered.

I came in right before closing, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much but wow, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. The only woman working behind the counter (I wish I caught her name!) let us know the bread had just come out of the oven and that our pickup order would be ready in about 10 minutes. Myself and two other customers waited patiently, and when I got my order, it was absolutely worth it. The sandwich was probably the best I’ve had, and I’m usually a Jersey Mike’s regular. I was 100% satisfied and genuinely happy I stopped in, even as a last-minute visit. I’ll be back.

Stacey and Alex served us today, 1.3.2026. We had a large order and they were both so friendly and organized; they worked well as a team and were happy to help us. There was a third gentleman working with them and he was equally pleasant. Kindness is never out of style. Keep up the good work and may God bless you!

I placed a delivery order like I always do. 25 minutes later I received a text saying my order will be delivered via uber. And would be delivered another 25 minutes. Absolutely not. If I wanted Uber to deliver my food I would have ordered from Uber Eats. I called the store and the lady who answered was rude I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Unacceptable!!! Then she said I would have to wait another 45 minutes for my delivery. I can’t imagine Jimmy John’s being THAT busy. I feel like she delayed my order on purpose. This will be the last time I order from here I can promise you that. And let’s hope all my food is in the bag!

Day manager is rude very impatient. That’s the 2nd or 3 rd time for this. When he’s short of staff, he’s awful. When the other staff member came in, he was alone and he was a little short as well. We return to this Jimmy John’s because it is the closest to us my son loves Jimmy John’s. There is another one in Morrisville. I just don’t appreciate the attitude. I bought one giant sandwich and one sandwich on wheat bread. About $35 or $36.Sometimes a Poor attitude spills over into the food preparation. We all have bad days. I realize it must be hard to work Alone in such a busy place.

First time, last time. Manager providing help to staff and pleasant enough at first. Then some poor Doordash driver walked in and things got cross. Mgr very disrespectful. Made me uncomfortable. Won't give her anymore of my business.

Every time I order something here for delivery they mess up my order or forget something. It's gotten to the point I just ignore it and take the loss because who wants to call and argue over the cost of a brownie. I've really stopped ordering delivery because it's so hit or miss. They're particularly bad about forgetting things I've paid for. Also, it takes a long time for delivery. Freaky fast? Maybe in 2018. The delivery folks themselves have been good when they do arrive.

Came here recently to get a to-go order and apparently they don't place sandwiches in bags to go or provide receipts at check out. I didn't even know the transaction was done because they just started making the sandwiches.

At the end when they plopped the sandwiches on the counter, I asked for them to go in a bag and I was told it's self-service and do it myself. That's sad, it takes 5 seconds to put the sandwiches in a bag and don't be dismissive to customers. When I asked for them to bag it, she said it'll be a while because she was making another sandwich? It was not busy either. The last few times I've been here the workers seem unhappy or annoyed. Maybe they need to hire more help? Preemptively tipped too, but no longer.

The manager was sitting at the table and offered to bag my stuff to go for me, which was nice. Change your policy to put everything in a bag to go, I get it's a business practice to put more work on customers in the guise of convenience (like self-checkouts). But don't be lazy and do a bit better on your customer service. Been coming here for years but it's really gone downhill.

I have been in Jimmy John's in Brier Creek twice within a week trying to purchase an unwich. Each time there has been on two people working. Today there were at least seven people in line and all the cashier said was it will 20-30 minutes and walked away from the counter leaving four people standing in line. I would not recommend this location to anyone, the customer service is terrible. #jerseysmikessubs

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Lulu and ultimate italian. 2 bites of each. Thrown in trash. Immediately felt sick to stomach. Have thrown up all day. Bread was toasted but squishy. Lettuce was slimy. Barely any meat. Probally worse jimmy john experience ever. I rarely go into any Jimmy johns because of inconsistent service and food quality. Scratch off any jimmy johns... freaky fast disgusting food.

Twice now, I had to place late work lunch orders and each time, Jimmy Johns is always accomodating, friendly, professional and has it at my office quickly! There was a slight hiccup once, but they went above and beyond to rectify it. It was minor ( no one even knew but us). And the sandwiches are always good!! Thanks everyone

Freaky fast? 59 minutes is Freaky Fast in 2025? Manager/Owner please skip the reply. You should be out helping to deliver instead of giving out excuses. I would advise anyone ordering from here to hold off on tipping until the order is delivered. I feel like I was swindled. WE (the customers) did not make the Freaky Fast pledge, you did. #standingonbusiness

Ordered delivery today for a business
lunch. Took 50 min to get the sandwiches due to driver availability. It was not freaky fast. The food was good though.
