We had a big meeting today and I ordered catering with Kenny at the Brier Creek location. He was right on top of things, confirmed my order, said it would arrive at 12 noon or a few minutes before and let me tell you the delivery was here at exactly 12 noon. The driver was nice and all went smoothly and perfectly. Not to mention the food was also extremely fresh and delicious. Thank you Kenny for making this experience so simple and stress free. Melanie

While the food is consistently stellar, the largest table they have can seat only 2 people (inside and outside) Very odd experience when you have a family of 4.
I love Jimmy John's but I got a turkey hoagie and it only had a slice of turkey a pinch of lettuce what kind of hoagie is that I was supposed to get credit and now they act like they didn't make the mistake I will get in touch with corporate show them the pictures of my poor broke down meatless sandwiche

Person at the register looked angry for some unknown reason the whole time. The guy making the sandwich was great, very personable. Food was quite good but bread was getting stale. It was later at night so I guess it is what it is but overall decent visit.
