I came in right before closing, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much but wow, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. The only woman working behind the counter (I wish I caught her name!) let us know the bread had just come out of the oven and that our pickup order would be ready in about 10 minutes. Stacey and Alex served us today, 1.3.2026. We had a large order and they were both so friendly and organized; they worked well as a team and were happy to help us. There was a third gentleman working with them and he was equally pleasant. Kindness is never out of style. Keep up the good work and may God bless you!

Twice now, I had to place late work lunch orders and each time, Jimmy Johns is always accomodating, friendly, professional and has it at my office quickly! There was a slight hiccup once, but they went above and beyond to rectify it. It was minor ( no one even knew but us). And the sandwiches are always good!! Thanks everyone
