We had a great evening at Jolie! Drinks at the below level bar, Sous Terre. Super cool ambiance and perfect drinks. Then dinner upstairs at the bar. The tuna crudo was outstanding and the halibut and steak frites perfect. Excellent service from Steven-great help with our wine choices. The chef team was enjoyable to watch.

If you are looking for a wonderful evening out book Jolie, you will not be disappointed. If they have the foie gras on the specials it's a must. Will definitely return next time in Raleigh.

This was probably our third time dining at Jolie. Once again, the food and service were excellent (try the mussels!). I have come to enjoy eating outside and their rooftop area is a unique space that makes for a wonderful outdoor dining experience. They have even made the walk up to rooftop pleasant with a stairway filled with lights and plants.

Steven was by far the most attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming bartender I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. He recommended great seasonal specials on offer and expertly paired each course with a suitable drink to really bring out the flavours of each dish. I went with the escargot and a rabbit leg special. I highly recommend a bar seat to watch the kitchen staff whip up the menu and get inspired for what to order next! 10/10

We had such a wonderful dining experience here! Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
The little gem salad was fresh and vibrant, with crunchy cucumbers, toasted hazelnuts, and creamy cheese. It was a perfect balance of textures and flavors. We got the foie gras that was on the specials. GO for this right now. There was a sweet jelly on top and the flavors went together so well.
The poulet au vinaigre was perfectly golden and juicy, served over rice and charred cabbage with just the right amount of sauce. Flavors were hearty, comforting, and elevated at the same time. The pan roasted halibut was our favorite, with a perfectly crisp skin and a creamy, herby/dill sauce that paired so well with the potatoes and greens.
On top of the delicious food, the ambiance was warm and vibey. Everything tasted thoughtfully prepared and balanced. Perfect date night spot!

Best restaurant in Raleigh. In the sweet spot between fine-dining and upscale restaurant. We had the cherry sauce foie gras and it blew our minds. We’re still talking about it!
The service was outstanding!!! The appetizers were excellent as were the cocktails, especially the Heirloom, which was the best curated drink I have had in a long time. The only disappointment was the gnocchi. It was good but not nearly as good as the appetizers.

Quite disappointing. The cocktails were well crafted. Most of the food was over salted. Of the 5 dishes we had only the Hamachi crudo was worthwhile. We were told the crudo was a 4 piece of fish dish, but it was served with 3. We had the chicken, steak, gnocchi, and clams. They offered truffles or herbs for the fries with the steak. We ordered truffles but we're served herbs (they still charged us $4 extra). Its a decent atmosphere, but very cramped. Considering the price point and high ratings this place fell flat on its face. Won't be coming back.
