Jubala is one of my favorite coffee shops in the triangle, and definitely my favorite in Raleigh. The J3 location is always bustling and but the staff never shows how busy they are. They’re always calm, cool, collected, and love to chat with their guests. I especially drinking coffee and eating outside when the weather is nice.

Incredible drinks, friendly staff, and the perfect stop before or during the workday. I love having this gem right down the street—worth every visit and they are always fast and efficient.

Jubala is my favorite coffee shop! Everyone is so friendly, the coffee and food is always a hit, and the only drawback is that everyone loves it as much as I do and it can get pretty busy. Make sure your devices are charged before coming, not very many available chargers. WiFi works great for me.

This location has good coffee but the atmosphere is sterile. Kinda like being in an hospital/Ikea cafeteria.

Absolutely disgusting sanitation practices here. Witnessed the baristas this morning pour raw milk from the dirty steam pitcher back into the gallon of milk wjen they over measured absolutely disgusting and a huge food safety risk! Will never come here again why would i want to risk getting sick because the baristas too lazy to waste milk down the sink!

One of the best cups of coffee I've ever had in North Carolina. The single origin coffee (Gerald Njagi Anaerobic Natural - Embu, Kenya) was phenomenal.

So so crowded and can be quite slow with orders in some days. Coffee is okay I guess, not my preferred spot anymore.

Jubala is a Raleigh classic! This jubala has a lot of seating which is really nice. Quick service here - only problem is parking can be difficult as it’s right in North Hills.

Seems like the last hour every day the chairs are up early and the dish washer is broken so you can’t get a mug or glass for coffee. Lie to your parents, not to me. It’s a shame the quality of service in the last hour does not match the other hours because staff is trying to run out the door.

Came here to say that OMFG. The sausage, egg, and cheese on the drop biscuit is perfection. Seriously, so, so good. This is what I'll come back for. The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because they are often so overcrowded but that's a good problem for the business to have :) Consider this a 4.8 star review!
