Stopped in with no idea how much I was going to be blessed by this place! The Sweet Potato Pie smoothie was amazing, but the energy exchange was even better. It’s a family owned establishment and each customer is treated just like a new cousin :)

As a first-time customer, I stumbled upon this spot totally by accident. Boy am I glad I did. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The menu was great, with a wonderful selection of smoothies to choose from, among other food and snack offerings.
The service was top notch, with the young lady assisting me being very helpful with her suggestions of flavors.
As I sipped on my smoothie, I noticed all of the fruit and ingredients that would cause me to outloudly proclaim "this smoothie tastes great!" I would highly suggest you try this hidden gem!

I had a really good smoothie here called the Health Nut. I also love that the shop sells so many natural items and teas. The cashier was very polite too.
The smoothies were delicious and the guy who worked there was very helpful and sweet. They also had some nice soaps and lotions available for purchase on the other side of the store.

Awesome service, Jawari (sp?) was so helpful and personable. He gave me more info about their products and was a nice calming presence. I got the Granola Crunch smoothie and he recommended adding blueberries. Great recommendation and a very well-made smoothie. Delicious! I will be back.

I was in town for a small visit with family when they brought me here. I ordered the detox me smoothie & added bee pollen. I bought some blood cleansing herbs to make tea with. I told my family if I lived here this establishment would definitely be my weekly spot. I was impressed with both sides of the store. I'll be back. The owner & her son were very pleasant enjoyable people.
