Very disappointed with my online order. I ordered a combo with rice and an egg roll. Under "special instructions" I said no green pepper no onion in anything! I also ordered an additional egg roll to have with my leftovers. Picked it up, drove 20 minutes home, only to be disappointed! Onion all in the rice, smelled horrible bc I don't like onions and only 1 egg roll! I tried to pickout all the onion, but the food still smelled like onion, yuk!!!

My husband and I have been coming here for about 10 years. We have always said they had the best rice and the best eggrolls and Chinese food around this area 27616 The past year it’s sad to say the food quality has gone down hill, prices keep going up and the quality is not the same and is a real shame! The people that work there are always nice and polite. I hate to leave a bad review but after paying almost $30 for 1 combo meal and 2 app and the food just not being good I had to! Not sure if they changed owners or what happened to our fav Chinese restaurant but is no longer it! Will have to look else where.

The young lady who takes orders in efficient, polite, and kind. This compliments well with the good food.
Customer service is exceptional. Food quality has changed. I ordered here because, of the beautiful yellow chicken wings. Wings the last 3X has been dark colored. Appeared to be refried a few times. Perhaps due to wait time chefs cook over night then warm up chicken wings half way on day shifts. Like what some restaurants at the malls. Order no longer fresh! Hopefully, they stop this. Quality is important.

Been ordering here for years and I could be patient with the slowness (they’re always busy and working their butts off, that’s easy to see waiting in the lobby). However, menu has recently changed and prices are up but quality is down. Crab rangoons are a third the size they used to be but almost $2 more expensive? No more pint size, just more expensive combo and quart sized options? Disappointed all around and my household won’t be back.
