I like to come here in the morning to get my latte, they never open on time. The staff is highly unprofessional. During business hours around 8:15 ( they open at 8) I was seen standing at the door while an employee was looking at me directly in my eyes. She did not unlock the doors and continued to just look at me as if they were closed . This is the 3rd time this happened with the same employee. Kale Me Crazy Village District is a health food restaurant in Raleigh that offers a range of menu items, including smoothies and wraps. The restaurant has a good concept and branding, but some inconsistencies in food preparation have been reported. Some customers have praised specific menu items, such as the Warrior smoothie and the chicken pesto wrap, which is described as delicious and filling. Others have experienced issues with food quality, including overcooked toast and bland smoothies. Recently, one customer noted that their hummus was half the usual size, with very few toppings, which was disappointing. Despite this, many enjoy the salmon avocado toast, describing it as light and satisfying without feeling overly full, and appreciate how the meals look beautifully plated when ordered through delivery apps. Visitors from other locations have found the Raleigh spot to provide a solid experience, though some have mentioned minor annoyances like a lack of refilled water and flying bugs from the plants. Overall, the restaurant is known for its branding and concept, but it may need to improve consistency in food quality and service.
