I have been to this restaurant twice. My first experience I dined in and the server was a good time. The food was good, no complaints. My second experience was yesterday. I ordered take out and I was highly disappointed. I ordered two meals one adult meal and one kids meal. My kids meal had more food than my adult meal. The way it was handled was even more insulting. I won’t go into detail but just beware. If you order take out please check your food before you leave! The photo is of the adult meal.

Bartender wasn’t friendly and drink weak. . Not a welcoming environment. Accidentally came to this one

I visited this location for the first time on a Sunday night for a family member's birthday. We received great service from our waiter and from the chef. The food was delicious and the cocktail drinks were really good. Overall, an enjoyable evening.

I hope it was just a bad night? Really smoky dining room and our chef wasn't what we were accustomed to. No show, just cooked. We were disappointed.

This was my first time here at this establishment. The atmosphere was great. The food was absolutely delicious. Our chef was very nice and accommodating. The server was also very nice and respectful. It took awhile for the chef to come out and prepare and cook our food. They have plenty of places to park. The prices are decent for the amount of food you get. I will definitely be back. I enjoyed the food and the conversations with loved ones.

Not happy about my experience here. First time and last! Still sitting and waiting. Sat with just water for 45 minutes. Sushi arrived cold. When I was finally able to order and receive food it was disappointing! Two vegetables dry rice and for 40 dollars hardly any meat. Waiter was pleasant but too busy. I sat in the bar area inorder to get on the road quicker but that did not happen. I ended up not eating packing my food and leaving.

We had a great time. The chef was very fun and the servers were polite and friendly. It was a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The Rockin Lava Shrimp and the Hibachi Steak are delicious. We love it here and will be back!

Absolutely terrible experience. First off no air-conditioning in the building, second off they had no hibachi chefs available so we had to sit at the bar. Then we tried to order sushi and they said they had no sushi chefs free and the sushi would come after the meal at the earliest. Horrible experience for a once great place to go. Will not be back

Second time going. The food was amazing, and they were busy, but drinks kept getting empty and the chef was looking at something else in the restaurant for most of the time that he was cooking in front of us.

Disgusting. Got the sushi and sashimi dinner which allows for chef’s choice. I’ve never in my life had a problem with chef’s choice options, I love all sushi! What I got was vile. Old and suspicious. I was scared to even eat it but I tried to stay positive and ate half and threw the rest away. Of the chef’s choice nigiri, they were supposed to give me 9 pieces. Three pieces were BOILED OCTOPUS, one was a piece of egg on rice, another was imitation crab… are you kidding? Nothing was fresh, the salmon and tuna looked horrifying. Still, I tried it all because I’m not picky but it was awful and concerning. The “tuna rolls” had a grey piece of fish in there and were about the size of my pinky. I’ve never EVER thrown away food from a restaurant in my life…. and yet I spent $35 to throw away these “dishes”.

Kanki is always a favorite of ours-Mother's Day was busy & reservations were a must for a holiday like this. We were sat within 10 minutes of our reservation time & hostess kept us updated. Our server (Darren) & Chef Rickey were amazing. It was extremely busy but server kept water refilled and checked on us several times. Food was cooked perfectly. It was quite loud due to birthday songs & packed room for Mother's Day but it was a fun meal. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Kanki!
