We were very disappointed and embarrassed on a recent visit for my birthday. The service was very slow and we had to ask repeatedly for basically everything from refills to sauces. Additionally the waiter made a big deal out of our request for no salt added while cooking and it was embarrassing. Our chef cooked the food reasonably well but we were super disappointed that he did not perform a single trick at all. Not one. He only cooked. This was extremely disappointing for all of us.

This is a nice hibachi restaurant. The food and service were good from the time we sat til when we left. We were there celebrating my Son's 16th birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed it and he doesn't enjoy much. Between us we had the Calamari shrimp tempura, and sushi appetizers. The hibachi Chicken, Salmon, and Shrimp, with the mixed vegetables, salads, and soups. I also had a drink called the Japanese snowball. Everything was good

Need to ensure you make reservations not cheap but fun and good food every once in a while.

Third trip during lunch and the wait time for a cook has been unacceptable. All three trips took an hour and half plus! You sit at the table for nearly an hour before the chef arrives to cook. This past trip I noticed there were 5 tables sat and only 2 chefs between those tables. If you're trying to go in your lunch HOUR, beware. Hopefully they'll work through this soon as my husband says he will not be back.

The quality of the food and level of authenticity/service have definitely declined over the years. It's a decent place to take younger kids because they like to watch the food being cooked at the table. This particular visit was not great because the vent fan was broken so all the heavy smoke from the grill was in our faces the whole time.

I placed a curbside order because it’s an option on the website. Pickup was scheduled for 6pm. Got there a few minutes early, called to let them know I was there. At 6:03 I called back to remind them that I was here. The young lady said oh it just came out, we will be out shortly. Why is it 6:15 and no one has brought my food out? So I went in to get it and was treated as if I was supposed to come inside. Please don’t offer a service if you’re not going adhere to it.

We were there for my daughters birthday. The food was delicious, the staff were on point and courteous, Me , my daughter and grandson, age 7 had an excellent time. we especially enjoyed the chicken wing appetizer, perfect!

The food quality has gone way down. The steak was overcooked and the salmon was so dry. The rice was crusted into hard balls and tasted like instant rice. Would have rather ate at a local hibachi chain.

They won’t pick the phone up ever nor do they allow you to leave a message! Lame! Grubhub needs to add Miso Soup to their menu, also.

Great as usual but we were a little disappointed in the fact that for our birthday celebration there was no complimentary sherbet....we've always (15 years plus) celebrated there and looked forward to the dessert. Oh well....nothing remains the same.

I was here two weeks ago and came back because it was so good. We had Marlo again, we absolutely love him! It's definitely worth the drive we have to do to visit.
