I had called ahead to see what a wait time would be for a table for 2. Was told I that was ok, upon finally getting seated, our waiter told us it would be 40 minutes until we would be served because they had so many Togo orders. Very unprofessional staff.

My husband and I stopped here on a roadtrip and was EXTREMELY pleased. The food was amazing, service was very quick, and prices were VERY reasonable. We loved it so much we have talked about it for the whole weekend and plan on stopping there on the way home too! 100 stars!

The crowds for togo food are a great validation of the quality and value you can expect. One of the best values in N. Raleigh charging reasonable prices. Great steak hibachi. The fried rice w/Hibachi seems to be steamed, not really what I’m used to, but a very minor suggestion. Call your order in early on busy nights and tip the hard working crew!

ONLY complaint is that I didn't discover Katsu sooner!!! The chicken was ALL white meat chicken with zero icky. Didn't have to cut away anything. Will definitely be eating from here on a regular basis! Yummy!!!?

Family owned who take great care in making sure your order is served HOT, FAST with Great Quality as a Top Priority. My wife and I eat at KAZU on average 1 time a week and the consistency is SPOT ON!
The food is good, but the reason I’m giving five stars is that one can get takeout here without using a touchscreen where it asks you for a tip. Please continue resisting the horrible trend of restaurants begging for tips for takeout or fast food. Resist the touchscreen trend altogether, as this is bad hygiene for the user.
