“This place has recently stepped it up. My family hesitantly went here because of the great online deal. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Which was never the case in the past. The food was hot and fresh and honestly reminded me of the KFC of the 90's, iykyk. Only four stars because they didn't have all the chicken in extra crispy, so I had to do half and half. But we really enjoyed our meal. We took it to go and I would not recommend sitting and eating which is why it also only gets 4*, the dining room was clean but not inviting if that makes sense. It didn't feel like a place you would want to sit and eat with your family but if you were alone, I don't think it would bother you. Again it was very clean so no knock there. Overall the food and people were great, which is a big improvement for my last time there. Which was a 1* visit by the way. This manager and crew all deserve a raise for the way they have turned things around. I will be back soon. Great work.“
“The wait was average. Unlike the Taco Bell 2 miles north on Six Forks Rd, this location does not observe the same contactless precautions. They didn't give me a fork or any napkins for my drive thru order. But they got the Taco Bell sauces I asked for. Food was good though. Taco Bell app needs work.“
“I do not like KFC but this place is special. I have been here twice with my son and very good food. The chicken is from Pilgrams Farms so it’s locally sourced. Extremely clean eating environment.
Kid-friendliness: I see kids here and saw some ladies that works here talking nice to them.“
