If there’s a 0 rating i would give it that , this my second time at this kfc and this is the second time they got my order wrong .

.went to drive thru to order an hour before closing. They had me pull to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes for my food. Also other people were waiting for 30 minutes. After I waited 30 minutes they came out to tell me that the cook cleaned the fryers and now the grease is not getting hot enough to cook my wedges. I told them to refund me my money and left. This was a complete waste of time. This was the worst experience I have ever had a a KFC I definitely would not recommend this one.

As of late, the quality of food at this KFC is close to inedible. The chicken sandwich I got had clearly been sitting somewhere long before I came through the drive thru and ordered it. Upon unwrapping it, the sauce was soaked into the breading and the bun, and looked totally unappealing. I actually gave it to my dog. From now on, it's Popeyes! With so many choices, you would think KFC would get their quality under control. So long!

Ordered Extra Crispy chicken through Grubhub, they sent original recipe. Called Grubhub and they refunded the order. This shouldn't have been necessary if the store had filled the order correctly.

Currently it’s 10:11pm the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00pm and only the drive through is open and they only have two sides available and short on chicken…. They have more the 45 min of business to run and they can’t serve the customers what they want.. smh Smithfield chicken or bojangles would never!!!

Visited store around 4pm. Tiffany (store manager) was exceptional. She gave us suggestions to getting the best value.

Food was provided to us promptly and we had no problems with tje order.

Ordered the 7pc original value meal 2 mash deal for $20

Went to the KFC on poole rd tonight @ 7:30pm drive thru, told the lady I wanted a 2 piece extra crispy, she told me it was going to be a little wait, I said how long is a little wait, she said hold on and then came back to say they were out of extra crispy, I drove off but how can you be out of extra crispy @7:30 when you close @ 11 , make it make since this is the worst KFC ever and this is not the 1st time I went there and there was no extra crispy chicken.

This store could be way better than what it is, they be turning off the fryers at 9 pm and they close at 11. They expect you to pay for old chicken and fried that have been sitting out for a long time. Kfc corporation really need to come into their establishments and see how things are being ran.

Asked for extra crispy white meat 4 piece and was told it would be 15. So Im patiently waiting for 25 min for fresh chicken just to go back though the drive thru to find out they never cooked what I was waiting for. So I waited for nothing and went with the regular original 4 piece, there was still blood by the bone. Disgusting and disappointing visit bc I should've known better by the fact that they didn't even come outside and tell me anything

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Poole Road KFC in Raleigh. The drive through wait time was excessively long, approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately my order was incorrect and after returning to correct it, it was wrong a second time. While I appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation, the managers handling of the issue was unprofessional. We disagreed on the original order, and I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. Ultimately, I requested a refund, which was provided, though the interaction left me feeling disrespected. I hope management will address these issues to improve custoemr service and order accuracy.

This is the worse KFC ever. I was on lunch - waited in the line forever and finally got to cash register and the lady cheated me out my money. Rounded up my total to 9 dollars. I gave the lady a 20 bill. She only gave me 6 dollars. When I questioned her her 1st couldn’t provide me with a receipt and 2 nd said she gave me 11 dollars. I knew something was fishy when she couldn’t provide me with the receipt. I was trying to wait for manager on duty but I had to get back to work. Morale of story is watch your employees and be mindful of who you hire in your place of business. I’m sure her drawer will be over but hey then again she probably is taking other folk cash as well, so I’m sure it will be way over. Also managers check your cameras and see who’s really stealing from the customers.

Location is the worse. Whole staff needs an over-haul. How do you constantly get the orders wrong? And i do mean every time. I know we in fast food, but at least try to show you care, i'm spending my money.
