Don't waste your time coming here. They never have any chicken. The last time that we were here about 2 months ago, they only had chicken tenders. It was around 6pm. We did not want to eat Taco Bell so we had to go elsewhere for food.Today, at 7:08 p.m., they are claiming that it will take 45 minutes to prepare a 10 piece bucket of chicken.

The lady to took my order was nice, she seemed stressed out and overworked. I feel for the workers there, they seem to be working on many things at once. I feel for them and bad for whomever eats here. I know they are trying to make a living so I’llBe nice and wish them well.

placed a delivery order for taco bell. food arrived with tacos missing almost ALL toppings (no tomatoes, no cheese, no lettuce??), potatoes were completely burnt, and an entire item was missing from the order. was practically given 1/3 of the regular serving size for every item. the meal was pretty much inedible. i purposely go out of my way to AVOID this location, but be careful if you are ordering via doordash/uber eats as it may default to this location.p.s. no point in replying with “call corporate.” im warning any other person even considering coming here. it was bad in recent years, but never this terrible.

Horrible horrible experiences every time. Three times now I’ve gone to get a pick up order I placed online and I had to wait half an hour AT LEAST AFTER A SEPARATE EMPLOYEE saw me face to face at the door and let me wait another 15 before even mentioning that they’re not even open. Learn to run a store or get some new management. This has been going on for a year now. Never coming to this Taco Bell again.

I tried to order an 8 piece and the manager said "how about this two piece?" and tried to beat me up. Luckily, I have a 12th-degree cosmic clear belt from the Andromeda galaxy so I was able to vaporize him with my jutsu. Skip this location; I found an IED in my mashed potatoes, and even worse, they forgot my gravy!!!!!! Good riddance!!!!

I asked if I could order an 16 piece I was told “ no” but I could order an 8 piece I said I’ll wait how long to cook fresh ? Kansas 30 minutes I said ok (returned to my truck )35 minutes later I come inside the young lady tells me she just dropped your chicken lol I said ok and just stab now it’s going on an hour this is outta order at this point!

This is probably the kfc ever in raleigh. I came with a mobile order and the manager told me that they don't accept the app, just for me to leave and see an ad promoting the app
