I have tried coming here more then a cpl dozen times(over a year)-ive only actually ordered once. I have worked in fast food and sit down establishments before. So I always gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the way fried chicken works means that certain times of the day meant they could not always have everything on the menu. But i have tried at everytime of the day, and they are always out of dark meat. Even when I say ill wait, someone will go ask the wait time and I hear that they are done making it for the day (its only 4pm at the latest!) or the individual who cooks this is not present (which sounds like a lie-especially considering the customer service I've experienced which makes me feel that eveyone there is more than annoyed im showing up to order food in the first place)..with this i still gave them a chance and moved to calling ahead, sometimes hours earlier to confirm my order will be there and it never is...the 1 order i did make (over the phone ahead of time, part was cold or stale)...my kids use to enjoy kfc so much-was there #1 bday wish and since my move, this is the only place close to me. which is more than disappointing..As of now u you have less then 3stars for reviews...Either managment is a complete failure or managment has failed to higher people worth having..as an employee of a corporation im shocked this has not been addressed...(editing after my review, even with your terrible review score i did not notice that your 1star reviews actually outweigh all others!)...its july 13th 2024-4:57pm and my kid is still young and does not get how things can be and wants kfc as her gift. I will try once more. if it goes normally (have the food I want to order) I will update this review to more than 1 star and give you another chance.

They wouldn’t open the door to let me in to order during the business hours. The woman working the window was very rude. Not sure why you would want to turn money away. I hope the owner of this kfc/ Taco Bell sees this. Now I got to go find food somewhere else when I wanted kfc.
They didn’t have the chicken I wanted. The food was horrible & its only 12:00pm and the food was old! The guy on the mic was ignorant & weird. He prompted me to help buy his grandma a birthday present which made me very uncomfortable & he didn’t even put the sauces in the bag. Im so sick of not being able to enjoy the experience of these classic places due to poor cx service and food.

Burned, yet again. I was next in next in line when a man, clearly a close friend with most of the employees, jumps ahead and proceeds to chat it up and coordinate plans with 4 different people before I’m even acknowledged.Don’t bother with this location unless you like being ignored or generally prefer terrible service.

Kfc chicken sandwich is normally one of my favs. It was hot but tasted old, so disappointed. Customer service was good. She was friendly. She took my order and then explained she was going to wash her hands and put on gloves to fix my food. Kudos to her for doing 2 roles and being friendly, and clean. She apologized to the next person in line and let him know I will be right with you. You can't complain when they are doing the best they can with what they have.
