This is the best one among Raleigh, Garner, and Apex. Always fresh food, professional staff, and great experience.

If I could give them a negative anything, I would! Ask for a receipt people! One of the workers will say a total as $17.00, for example, if your bill comes to $16.59. He then pockets the change. I only realized it because he did that 2x in a row. So, I said to him, what are the odds w/ that... we had a rounded bill the last time. So smarty pants came back with, you should go play the lottery. My man then asked him for a receipt. That's when he gave the exact total, and it was NOT $25 as he first stated. It was $24 something. Imagine how much money he's pocketing if he does this on a regular.
The next time (I won't give any more chances again!!!), while I was driving through the drive thru, I noticed that this same employee, and what looked like a female customer with a toddler, were playing in the dining area. I had to drive off for a few minutes, but when I returned, the same employee was on the employee's side of the service counter and that same female was on the other side. The toddler, however, was standing on the counter, with shoes on, while the employee wiped his nose as he played with him. He had the headset on and took my order. When I approached the window, I saw a different employee. As I made my payment, I asked the cashier to not let the other employee prepare my food because he was just playing with a child and was also wiping the child's nose. Eventually, the employee walked by with a paper towel wiping his hands as he side-eyed at me in my vehicle. He then turned back to the food prep area, and it looked as if the food he was handling went into the bag that was mine. The end result was that a few hours later, I had stomach pains and diarrhea that continued well into the entire day and then into the wee hours of the following morning. I will NEVER EVER return to that disgusting place again. The place looks atrocious and honestly, the workers look worse than that. You know what? Don't ask for a receipt. JUST DON'T GO AT ALL!!!

Highly DO NOT recommend going to this KFC! Orders are never right and this last time I went and received half of what I payed for without them offering to correct their mistake once notified! I’ve always loved KFC food and have been a customer for many years and I have never seen bad service like this location! BTW this is a large mashed potatoes from them! Nowhere near the accurate amount or what I payed for!!

I love to come to this KFC specifically but every time I try to call them about my order, the phone never gets answered or the line will be busy. Tonight I've been trying to call them for over 15 minutes or so until now. Every call I made, I get the busy signal.
I can never get anyone on the phone to ask questions or tell them about my meal.
This makes me want go to a competitor where they at least answer the phone. That's ridiculous... why have a phone if you're not going to answer it? or stay on it so long, that no one can get through?

I can’t understand I you get free points to redeem free food why kfc employee said they can’t accept that they have a KFC app, but they don’t have a barcode for you to earn points
Will not be returning to this location, the young lady at the register was wonderful but the manager and the young lady bringing the orders out are so unprofessional.
