I have not eaten at KFC in years!!! I went cause I was with someone else and the moment I walked in ...OMG y'all so clean!!! The ladies behind the counter had the best attitude!! Evelyn was really sweet to my kids and patient. We will definitely be back !! Oh and the food was so hot and good I haven't had that from KFC I so long !!! Good work capital Blvd!!

Food was just OK for me. My husband thought it was good, but he would eat almost anything.We used the drive-thru for this visit. The staff was OK, and no issues were placing or receiving the order.We had the six-piece original chicken family meal with four sides and two biscuits. The chicken was OK, the biscuits were a bit hard for my taste, the coleslaw had a weird taste, and I didn't bother trying the mac and cheese.For what we paid, I don't see the value. We will not be returning anytime soon.

I would give one star if I could. Worst service ever! The lady Nicole that was working the drive thru had the worst attitude of anyone that I have ever seen. She got short with me a couple times during my order and when I pulled up. Then i made a statement about her attitude and she slammed the window on me and I asked for the manager and she closed it for a second time. I had to call the restaurant while sitting there to get a Manager. I cancelled my order and will not ever go back there.

Takeout, food came cold, order was missing items but was charged in full, not that hard to put everything listed on their huge order screens in there. For the price of fast food these days the quality just isn't worth it.

I was treated so rudely before I was even able to order that I decided that I didn't need to eat here. I was asking about a promotion and he's yelling "dine in or carry out" at me and then walked away and told another worker to help me because I hadn't answered him fast enough. Miserable rude workers that are obviously the reason this location is so bad. I would never come here again.

I was going to try a popular food truck but line was too long and looked up and saw KFC. I ordered the pot pie. When I tell you this had to be the freshest pot pie I have ever had at KFC. Every stop I made I ate. By the time I got home had 3 spoonfuls left and sat in my car to finish.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and waited about 10 minutes for my entire order of 3 meals to be put together, the bottom of my sandwich bun was so soggy with mayo, it was inedible. The biscuit in my 1pc meal was doughy inside and the nuggets in the 3rd meal are really small and did not receive the dipping sauce requested. These fast food places will go under in the coming years with food and service like this continues to be the norm.
