I stopped by tonight for a late dinner with my family. Let’s say from the beginning it was bad. When we started ordering , I was told I couldn’t add toppings , my son wanted a flatbread and was told there was nothing except cheese ! So he could only get a cheese flat bread so we went with the fried shrimp instead ( well when the food came out there was only 6 fried shrimp ) my daughter ordered a cheeseburger, well when the burger came out I kid you not, the patty wasn’t even a patty - It was weird shaped and smaller than half the bun (server agreed) We also ordered wings (grilled) - some were burnt. I returned my daughter’s food to get it remade because it was unacceptable- it came out after everyone had already finished. No refills on drinks , no paper towels brought to the table , she didn’t ask if everything was okay - we literally had to ask other servers. I don’t usually make a fuss about these things - but it’s very unacceptable to make food for customers that you know is not well made. Especially when it’s still hours before closing time. Maybe an issue with the cook since the server stated she was yelled at for returning the food- but at the end of the day the entire experience was awful. There was no discounts for anything , honestly just fed up with the experience today. Especially when you’re spending money ! Paid over $70 for something so mediocre.

Food and service was great. Wish you didnt have ignorant managmrnt that didn't have experience with Cork Fees. I asked what the cork fee would be on a bottle of Buffalo Trace and he replied its illegal to bring outside alcohol into a bar. We'll lost you a free $20. But good food and service.

Food is great! The set up amazing. But service seriously bad. The front people are very useless. The one girl that took my order didn't put my name with my to go order so my order sat in the back for over 30 mins without me getting it even while I was repeatedly asking why my food isn't ready when told would be no longer than 15 mins. I watched people come and go. I wish they wore name tags I would love to name the people that did nothing to help me. But the girl with the bright red hair was friendly and hunted down my food for her the two stars . For service.

Was a great experience. Wish we had one back home in myrtle beach. Was visiting for a concert. Had great food and cocktails. Would...Will go back again.

I Love this restaurant. It's a date night, casual dining. If you love sports, lots of TV screens, delicious atmospheres are great.

The service sucks so much. It took so long for someone to even come over and offer us drinks. The food was nothing special. I definitely won't be coming back again.

Ordered To go from kickback tonight. My burger was decent but these Philly egg rolls was looking like this…. I need a refund .. the cook saw this wasn’t right. He/she should’ve tossed this… they didn’t answer the phone tonight but we’ll be calling again tomorrow .. #refund

The food is good but the one in asheboro nc is so much better

The African American red haired hostess handed us our menus and silverware and told us that we could find our own tables. What????? Was she too lazy to walk us to the outside area and choose a table for us???? I have never received such a lack of service anywhere!!!!
