Perfect place to watch and enjoy playoffs or enjoy a superbowl sunday game. Waitstaff, bartenders and Managers were absolutely delightful.

The food is usually good but it’s never correct whether you eat in the restaurant, pick up or get delivery. We ordered delivery and dis get any sauces. We did pick up. It’s our fault for not doing a full inspection before leaving, but they are so scared of giving out sauce there was no sauce on the fire cracker shrimp and hardly any on the pasta we ordered. There wasn’t even the ranch that was supposed to come with our tenders or the extra 4 we paid for bc we thought we had learned our lesson. Won’t be eating here again.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in any type of restaurant atmosphere. We went in sat down planning to have a nice lunch. The place is a loud place to eat which is fine, we love and enjoy watching the sports as well . Unfortunately, about 15 minutes after we ordered someone from the restaurant went and turned up the speakers directly over our head so loud there was absolutely no conversation to be had with someone sitting next to you. I asked two separate people to have it turned down and it did not happen so I went up to the front area there was a gentleman there brown hair and a wonderful young lady, when I explained that I asked for them to turn the sound back to where it was when we came in which was pretty loud to begin with and again which was fine. He turned around and made a statement this is a sports bar!! He made absolutely no effort to accommodate us in any way. So we walked out and the icing on the cake was a few people came out with a off-duty police officer stating that we basically left after having an appetizer. We had one pickle from the appetizer we did not touch anything else!! The man that had the attitude did nothing in any way to try to remedy the situation he was just downright rude, even coming out to our vehicle trying to defend his nasty comment. He needs a little kindness in his heart. I hope that the owner sees this because I will dig until I find him, unfortunately he's not listed on record for a Raleigh location. Everyone else that we dealt with in this restaurant today was kind. Why does this one individual get to ruin someone's day. Blessings

The food is typically very good, no matter what I order. Normally we get to go from here, the only downside I would say is the to go host can be a little off on their time estimate, especially on busier nights.

I just relocated to Garner from Durham and wanted a quick meal after the move was done. I can't say enough great things about Kickback Jack's! Service was attentive and the food was spectacular! What was supposed to be an easy meal for myself and my family became a dining experience! Thanks for being great!! You have a new fan!

We visit this place often with my family, but this visit was disappointing. The bartender served us a drink that was extremely syrupy, and after we paid for extra alcohol to try and fix it ourselves, her attitude became dismissive—as if we were asking for something free, which we clearly weren’t.

I asked for a simple adjustment (reshake, remake, or add an ounce to balance the sweetness), but instead the manager suggested adding fruit soda—which would obviously make it even sweeter. When I asked whether either of them had actually tasted the drink, they admitted they hadn’t. His final solution was to remove $20 from the bill, when all we wanted was to enjoy the drink we paid for.

From a customer-service and corporate standpoint, it felt like poor judgment and an unnecessary escalation over a very simple request. I told my family we’ll need to find a new spot when I’m in town.

I ordered food for my family from Kickback Jack's the food was hot and very appetizing and was packaged very neatly. My hat goes off to the Cook and the person that package my food and also to the food driver that brought it from doordash. Everything I ordered I received this was my first time using doordash to deliver food to my home I thank you for the excellent service😇💕

I stopped by tonight for a late dinner with my family. Let’s say from the beginning it was bad. When we started ordering , I was told I couldn’t add toppings , my son wanted a flatbread and was told there was nothing except cheese ! So he could only get a cheese flat bread so we went with the fried shrimp instead ( well when the food came out there was only 6 fried shrimp ) my daughter ordered a cheeseburger, well when the burger came out I kid you not, the patty wasn’t even a patty - It was weird shaped and smaller than half the bun (server agreed) We also ordered wings (grilled) - some were burnt. I returned my daughter’s food to get it remade because it was unacceptable- it came out after everyone had already finished. No refills on drinks , no paper towels brought to the table , she didn’t ask if everything was okay - we literally had to ask other servers. I don’t usually make a fuss about these things - but it’s very unacceptable to make food for customers that you know is not well made. Especially when it’s still hours before closing time. Maybe an issue with the cook since the server stated she was yelled at for returning the food- but at the end of the day the entire experience was awful. There was no discounts for anything , honestly just fed up with the experience today. Especially when you’re spending money ! Paid over $70 for something so mediocre.
