Their ice cream and treats are amazing 🤩
Great ice cream and great location!
The best in Raleigh 🔥
Yummiest ice cream!
Tasty, just tasty, to be more specific, very tasty
Very good ice cream and candy. Staff was great. Only warning though-no seating. Strictly grab and go so in hot weather be warned you may experience melting of your treat fast outside.
I’ve been to this location twice so far, and yesterday decided to go after my birthday dinner. Both times have not been the best experience. The employees do not seem tired or worn out, their demeanor comes off as if they are upset that you are there. The quality of ice cream and treats is amazing, but being welcomed with upset faces, annoyance, and attitude makes you not want to spend your money there at all.
Kilwins is an institution that knows how to make the best tasting chocolate, fudge, and ice cream! That said, we don't come here often because, well, we would have to skip all three meals that day, lol! Seriously, the staff is always friendly, and the treats are always tasty and interesting. Keep making people happy!

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Kilwin’s North Hills!
I had such a great visit to Kilwin’s in North Hills that I just had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, but May and Bobby went above and beyond. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and offering samples with a smile. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it made the whole experience even sweeter.
And speaking of sweet, the Key Lime Pie ice cream stole the show! It's the perfect balance of tangy and creamy, with little graham cracker bits that give it that real pie flavor. I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. It instantly became my favorite.
Between the top-tier service from May and Bobby and the delicious treats, this place is a must-visit. Whether you're a local or just passing through, treat yourself. You won’t regret it!
After eating dinner at a restaurant in the same neighborhood, we stopped in for dessert on a weekday evening. Having been to Petoskey, Michigan, which is where this chain of dessert shops started, I was curious to see the Raleigh version. We ordered a sprinkle-covered caramel apple and a marshmallow encased in a layer of chocolate covered with sprinkles. Needless to say, both were delicious. We also ordered some other small chocolate goodies. The service was OK. Prices are average for this type of facility.
