I had a very pleasant experience at the Kilwins location in Raleigh. The young lady who assisted my mother and me today was incredibly kind and pleasant. She offered suggestions, gave us compliments, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She allowed us to taste test various ice cream flavors, provided free fudge samples, and even let me mix two flavors in one cup. The ice cream was delicious! I had the New Orleans Praline Pecan mixed with the Turtle Cheesecake flavor, and it was an amazing burst of flavors. Additionally, I got a milk chocolate and caramel-covered Oreo cookie and a larger pecan turtle. I definitely will be back! I hope she is there to help!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They have fantastic Sea Salt Carmel flavored ice cream. My suggestion...Get it in a warm waffle cone, it's delicious ?

Tasty ice cream, not too sweet. Waffle bowl is great! Pricey. Service was just ok…workers just looked at us when we entered until we finally engaged them. Store is otherwise vibrant, clean and has several options to pick from. Excellent location!
