I had a very pleasant experience at the Kilwins location in Raleigh. The young lady who assisted my mother and me today was incredibly kind and pleasant. She offered suggestions, gave us compliments, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She allowed us to taste test various ice cream flavors, provided free fudge samples, and even let me mix two flavors in one cup. The ice cream was delicious! I had the New Orleans Praline Pecan mixed with the Turtle Cheesecake...

Tasty ice cream, not too sweet. Waffle bowl is great! Pricey. Service was just ok…workers just looked at us when we entered until we finally engaged them. Store is otherwise vibrant, clean and has several options to pick from. Excellent location!

Exceptional service paired with delicious flavors! This shop exceeded my expectations. From the warm greeting at the door to the helpful recommendations, the staff made my experience truly delightful. And the ice cream? Absolutely divine! Creamy, flavorful, and served with a smile. I'll definitely be returning for more sweet treats and friendly service.
